I was trying to study more on fashion with this app, my friend have it in his Iphone and it worked well. But for Samsung I can't login, so I tried being a guess but the page said "error loading data, please check your connection". I have great connection on my phone and wifi. I turn off my wifi and restart my phone. Nothing changed.
Terrible app, unfortunately. Love mr porter and I have made dozens of purchases. But this app is stopping me from buying anything! Every time you look at anything and go back it reverts to the top and removes all the filters.it never remembers where you are in the search pages. I got too frustrated and give up
Very user friendly, fast, not too intuitive as some apps, which allows you to go back without starting over. I hate apps that are too aggressive. I like to be in charge. Great working with this app.
Smooth experience. I particularly love being able to search a specific designer. I think the app could be cleaner without too many photos when searching for categories, but it's not a deal-breaker.
About the search engine, once you type the wrong information then press enter, there's no going back! If the search engine have the abilities to edit words, it would be more user friendly. Hope can see each product made from where under the description.
Does not recognise my account sign in details and the 15% off promo code advertised on the app download page does not work
as a first time customer, I gave this a try today. Placed an order and used my Debit Card for the payment. It went smoothly, my account was deducted immediately. Then got an email asking for 4-6 auth code that I should get from my bank which I was able to provide. Then next email said that my order was cancelled as it was not authorized. Very frustrating since my bank said they did not decline anything on their end. Now I don't have my order and my funds are still not on my account. 😔😔😔
The sold out items are still listed and it's really disappointing to see items that I like are sold out even though I put a filter criteria, per my size. Items should only be listed as per selected criteria and with in stock. Hope this will be fixed.
Usually great, but if you click on an email link it will bring up the app only to then just close, no error messages. A bit hard to shop any email only links
Extremely frustrating to make a purchase. Not easy or user friendly. Took 35 minutes to complete one purchase due to clunky and inefficient processes to buy.
Avoid this drop shipping scam. They will sell things they don't have in stock with next day delivery, claiming in the app it's ready for delivery when in fact it's not even in the warehouse. There are better places to buy the same stuff (like direct from most of the brands).
Really poor service! I haven't got any email replies and my delivery hasn't been dispatched for 4 days with no particular reason! At least send a damn email why I am getting an extremely late delivery. You guys seem to take our money for granted, but if this poor service continues, you will lose customers MR PORTER!! BE AWARE
BAD filter options, either clothing or footwear etc, cannot even choose type of clothing, unlike the mobile version, quite frustrating, decreases the desire to purchase
This app has totally just used up all of my data! I was browsing the app and did not close it down, it has used up 26.5gb of data. Terrible for background usage.
Terrible app that keeps hanging cannot access wishlist without being asked to sign in repeatedly (despite being signed in already) and then the screen goes black and it hangs. Don't download this. it's awful.
Probably the best UK online store for high end or even mid range brands. Prompt delivery, easy to use. Price is also very much competitive compared to others.
App layout is great, clear and consistent all the way through any category. Also the brand of Mr Porter is excellent and the service is something all other websites should aspire to.
No problems using app, although I wish it did have option for pay in 4 in checkout payment. I personally like Matchesfashion, just my preference.
Update: think it was a glitch. Reinstalled and it works correctly now. App categories not working. No matter what category I select to browse, always takes me to clothing. Even though category name up top is the category I selected, the filter is always clothes.
Couldn't even register. The verification process straight up doesn't work. "Select the images with Gloves" proceeds to be one image with gloves and apparently incorrect. Made me laugh, probably the shortest I've ever kept a clothing app.
Love the layout and just wish they had look books for the seasons, very sophisticated and clean lifestyles can come from this store.
They don't have a categories menu, or if it exists its not easy to find which is very annoying. it takes me ages to search for a category. I'm uninstalling even though I've been a customer for many years.
Nice experience ,good layout and descriptions especially on sizing. Had to call C/S for a question hold time was less than 5 minutes. Plus spoke to an actual and articulate human being., always nice. will shop here again .
The app is borderline impossible to use since the UI update some months ago. Filters don't work at all!
Why in the world I need to sign in again (with the app logged in with my IDs)when I check my order status? And worse still, why the sign in requirement pops up twice when checking my order status.
The filters are atrocious. Adding a size reverts the filters meaning you have to trawl through everything to see what is available in your size.
UI is appalling. Why is it not like the website? Men > jeans/tops/jackets/shoes/accessories is much better than categories/journal/what's new/designers and there's also no way to search via size. Only categories and relevance. I'd rather use the website than the app.
excellent app for stylish gents. pictures and a short video of clothes etc to help you see how items look. my main app for clothes shopping, among other things.
Your login is broken again. Even though I'm logged in, it keeps prompting me to login again when I attempt to create a return, putting me into am endless loop. Don't you test your code? I've never known an app to have so many problems with it's login capability.
