Mr. Rebates: Cash Back Savings

I've been using Mr. Rebates for years. I didn't use the app in the first years, but I've been very happy with it since. It's easy to use; the app makes accessing all areas of Mr Rebates site much smoother than just going online. I've tried other cash back sites just to compare, but Mr Rebates is where I stay! *other questions I answered in rating this (browsing images, loyalty program) don't allow for comments, but to clarify - browse images- within the site. Mr Rebates FAQs are great.

I have been a loyal fan of Mr. Rebates for years. I've received just over $364, with an additional $10 in my available rewards, in total! I ALWAYS find Mr. Rebates to give the BEST cash back, over Ebates, almost 99% of the time!! I've "HAD" one MAJOR issue, a retailer reversed my purchase, "BUT" I contacted the Customer Service Department giving them the information they needed and my account was credited the amount of $20.29 that was missing. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & A GET APP! IT IS GREAT!

Pros: Customer service is A++. Some of the cashback is higher than other cashback apps. A lot of stores available for cashback. Cons: A few once-in-a-while times, the cashback does not show. So, you have to submit requests. However, they do respond in a timely manner about whether it qualifies or not. Mine all did, which is why I submitted them, and at the end, I got all of them. Overall, seems great.

Best rebate site for many years! I didn't see any purchases showing for a time span & customer service helped me almost immediately. Issue solved! The error is atypical for Mrrebates, but the prompt attention to any question you might have is always how Mrrebates has been. It's another reason why they're my favorite rebate site & there are many to choose from these days. They almost always have the highest payout percentages which is obviously major when using a rebate site. Thank you!

I love Mr. Rebates! I have been using them for over a decade. They pay more than most other cash-back programs and are straight-forward to use. I tried to add other cash back shopping apps, but they were either too confusing, low-paying or both. Now, I don't waste time looking. I'm a die-hard Mr. Rebates fan!

App is good. The only thing I miss versus the web version is the ability to click on a pending or available rebate and see which one of your referrals made a purchase and from where and how much they spent. 😁. Yes snooping 😁

So simple to use and they are very helpful when you have questions. Sometimes the rebates add up quick and sometimes it takes a little longer however either way, every little bit counts!

The app seems easy yet when booking a hotel because it's done thru the app, I don't get a confirmation email. That is very important! My card has been charged though! 🤔

My Quiet Rebate Warrior. I use this app as my fall back if it has a higher rebate amount than my favorite rebate app. At times, it was the only rebate service even offering a rebate. For example, Fr*y laundry detergent where I got 15% back on a one time purchase. Website needs a fresh face for sure, but this retro app just gave me $25 😊. Keep it around

I have changed my password cuz it won't remember it. So when I changed it to make sure it was secure, it kept rejecting it saying it was incorrect. Not too bright an app it seems.

takes to long to get your money. 3 months from the date of purchase...then it has to be over $10. Then when you finally get to the point of withdrawl it says your batch will post to paypal by Aug 1st (todays July 13th). I'll go with Ebates; atleast then I know when Im getting paid. and as long as over $5 you can get the money. My advice go with Ebates!

Great little savings app. Every little penny I can save is helpful. I wish it could merge with a free shipping app membership that I would pay for once a year.

Used to be exceptional, but lately do not update merchants whether still active or not; another, caution if seems like a good deal with a merchant first check shipment rates. My find shipping cost as much as order. Example was going order food for holidays. the shipping was more than the purchase price. Furthermore if going send me an email then act professional, only loser adds donotreply at their email. Gave you mine, but Mr Rebates sends address of donotreply@

It's great to get money back for your purchases. I received about 3 checks up to $100 each. The only downfall is that the website is losing deals with some of my favorite stores.

I have updated my review to 4.5 stars. Found out that to contact them at this moment is through their email address. Customer service responded to my email within 1 day and resolved my situation and answered my questions of taking 90 days from pending to available cash. I placed an order and the website did not submit order confirmation to Mr Rebates but with proof of purchase online they added the credit for me manually. I really appreciate their great customer service-!!!

the CS Dept is always available with quick and immediate responses, and that is very helpful.

Like the PC version much better than the mobile version....otherwise, love Mr. Rebates. Customer service is excellent....save your online invoices until rebate appears in your account. Some vendors fail to give you the rebate credit you have earned if you go through Mr. REBATES.

Used this app to go through livingsocial and get 8 percent for a laptop I bought. waited a week and never got the money. no way to get through customer service for help. Poorly made.

Purchase through different store apps and receive cash back. This app has paid me several hundred dollars since I started using this years ago. It is free to sign up and use. Save on all online purchases!

Placed THREE orders through this app at three different stores and only one is showing up! And the one that showing up says $0.00! Unacceptable! Uninstalling!

Always got my rebate as promised. Great money saving site. Try to remember to sign in each time you shop. Works very well !!

Save money but of course takes awhile to get the rebates from participating merchants. Wish they add more merchants to the list.
