Very bad experience, not recommended. I used the app twice 1. Fr AC repair, the service personal didn't appear after calling multiple times he said 2 cancel the service & try again as he is busy somewhere else. 2. Fr a LED TV repair, paid 8500 in total, the TV speakers were changed for 2500 which stopped working just after 2days so I asked fr refund. Apart for speakers I paid 6000 for TV repair but just after 1.5 month I hv the same issue with the TV but no support bcoz thr warranty expired.
Just Avoid. They overcharge a lot.. they promise the amount what been given in the service app but actual amount charged by them does not make any sense...
Bad experience would be an understatement. Your accessibility is a major area of concern. After making advance payment if your technician doesn't turn up whom to contact. There is no way one can contact your official representative in real time. Your terms of engagement are unclear. Your AC technicians are outsourced and unverified. It is surprising that this is the state of affairs of your organisation which is operating in services industry where the time and customer satisfaction is paramount.
horrible experience with there services and professionals. even their feedback screen doesn't work, send button is disabled .
Not good app. The price mention on app and the price of professional are different. they told me higher price than mentioned on app. i changed professional he gave up. he told me i am not confirm i will b free on Monday. nothing is professional in this app. need to improve many things.
It's a really bad app and doesn't work. I had to spend 2o minutes on the website to understand that I need an app to even book a service. then another 15 to discover that the app is glitchy. makes sense that it's name is Mr. Right. should've known.
This is worst service provider have seen ever, they will play with your appliances 2,3 days wil take money and from next day onwards it won't work. If you try to contact them you will not recieve any reply. I request you please do not use this application. Becareful with फ्रॉड.
Poor service. App doesn't work properly. after lot of difficulties, booked for ac repair. Guy called but never turned up. I called him up again and he daid he forgot amd will come in an hour. Sadly still waiting for him.
Trying to sign-up always registering the number and wait for the OTP but it is not sending the OTP worst experience, will not use anymore trying since last one hour to sign-up but always it fails to send OTP in your number
pro demands extra cash. does not accept payment via link. useless app. please avoid, repair not done properly and within 2 weeks having same issue. mr right and pro both refuse to help.
There is no option to give 0 star, yesterday I downloaded app & immediately raised complaint about WM.. got service person visit message... But no one visited even after following up & more importantly in service request showing NIL.. even after raising 2nd time..
Please don't take support through them there customer service is of no use and the technician they send are not responsible people they are the worst and they work according to their convenience and not even bother to pick up the call I will make sure not to use the service ever again

#95361 we got our ac servicing done few weeks back. Now it sounds like a cooler in a wedding. On complaining, they re visited, they couldn't fix it. I had got this ac serviced last year from another similar service provider and I never had to complain about it.
I am trying to cancel my request for last 4 hrs but unable to do so. Pathetic experience and over the top charges.
Such a useless app. Mr right always send people who are not knowledgeable, don't know how to repair ac and other electronic things
not all cities are available in this and that's annoying only bigger and developed cities are available like Bangalore,delhi etc

worst service, place is still dirty, not cleaned properly, in addition to that the price is nt as what they share on app. no use to download this app as service is hell
Pathetic Booked service, no one bothered to call, called multiple times to seek update and eventually being informed later that unable to service!!!
Pathetic Service - They made the booking on the app and on the day of the service the engineer denied to visit and said that they don't provide service in my area. Why did they made the booking at the first place.

Terrible experience!!! the Ac guy hasn't turned up even after 6 hours from the scheduled time slot. There is no follow up or reaponse from the so called email only customer support. I should've read other reviews before trying this nonsense.
