The app never fully picks up the orders placed at the first go. I've only used their bulk laundry service and everytime my clothes come back and items are missing. Without exaggeration it happens 'everytime' . You have to babysit them on how to run an aftersales check. This consumes most of my week running behind my clothes that never make it back. The staff keep saying human error and I keep paying a price for their errors. I'm going public with this.
Terrible app. My supplier WAH technical was absolutely incompetent and had no clue what I was talking about. I even sent them photo's of the door that needed fixing. Poor communication skills. Zero urgency. Zero competency. Uninstalling.
Terrible service. Delayed pick ups and ridiculously delayed drop offs. Laundry not even in good quality. Damaged washed items. I'd rather pay more for a better service.
Too bad shifting service, they came for 2 bedrooms only 3 labor, lack in tools of wrapping, not flexible to resolve the issues, not receiving the instructions in positive attitude, the shifting was cancelled in the day of shifting and replaced by other company.
A total waste of money and time!! If you order their services, in return only accept scam artists trying to extort as much money as they can...
I'd give this app 0 stars if I could. After giving them a second chance after a terrible service in January they just prove themselves again as being a terrible service provider!
both service requests were rejected, "out of service area" !! i love in Abu Dhabi - Khaledya area. apparently they don't cover UAE as they claim in the description, they only cover Dubai, waste of time.
The services are degrading every day . I have had bad experience with the customer centre and the pick up guys . They lost one of my clothes last time and they made me follow up for 14 days before any action . Nowadays they take 2 days to pick up clothes and at their own convenience . I would not suggest this app to anyone .
Very disappointed with service. We ordered Bed Linen N Towels cervice, our White Blanket from IKEA got yellow and even we returned back and almost more than week nothing returned. Also few towels damaged and spoiled, which we did not highlighted. I will not suggest to use Laundry services. And guess we charhed for service.

Inexpensive but laundry loses something almost every time.
Watermark dry cleaners LLC, bad service+rude. Never come for pick up/delivery on time and when complained I got shouted "Stop saying 48 hours! You're not ordering 500 AED laundry! It's just 35 AED! Just cancel it!" Usta, 1) don't put deceptive ads. 2) don't mistreat the customer for requesting the service as per your confirmation.
Worst service provider ever. You book for 1 to 3 they will not come then you will drive to meet them in another area to drop the laundry. Why because you paid and you need it done. Then pick up time all the drama in the world. They will not come on the agreed time and your weekend plan will be up to them it is 9pm and still waiting. I forgot they have poor customer service, they are rude and they blame each other for the mistakes instead of fixing it. Horrible terrible Service Provider
Worst service, I used the laundry service and most of the clothes was smell bad and stains was still there, they just fold the laundry and delivere it, when I sent to the customer service they told me you can chose not to use our services again
At beginning the services were perfect then they asked to raise the prices and we agreed as we receiving good quality of service, after this raise everything is going so bad with no customer service to act to mange and control the quality .. So not recommended

Not even one star. They dont have services all over UAE as promised. Cheaters. Never trust them. I got a promo offer for 10kg laundry. I live in Sharjah. When I call Mr Usta team they told me that they dont have laundry service in Sharjah. Isnt it cheating? But this info should be given by the one who speak over phone. For getting Mr Usta service should I change my residence to Dubai??? Very great T&C policy. I dint know that Sharjah emirate has this drawback.

The adverts on YouTube were all about services and people and builders being expensive, clueless and dumb. This service instead is to bring inexpensive, cheaper, smarter individuals to you. However the moment you install and launch the app, you're faced with some quick shortcuts to request some of the most common things you may likely want. What's disappointing is that the quoted price are just the kind of expensive prices you'd expect from similar guys they ridiculed and mimicked in the advert! You can find much cheaper electricians, plumbers, maintenance, cleaning or moving item services than quoted! Certainly won't be using this app. Moreover I'd hate to speculate but some of the better reviews below are from suppliers of this app (i.e service providers), so those don't count. This is good marketing for them and I wish this app luck, however it needs to be more welcoming and disrupt the market with more sensible pricing. Reading up on some reviews it also seems there's a limit of 5 quotes. Makes zero sense as anyone closer to the computer would apply first, or a sister company or provide would possibly cheat the system. Not thought out properly. No one is going to email you to get more quotes, defeats using the app in the first place.
Too many issues. First the ustas don't read your requirements properly they just keep sending offers. Second, they're so expensive, 80% of the time you will be offered double the market price. Third, the app keeps crashing atleast 4 times before I can access it. This could be a great platform but it's so disappointing :/
