Mr Voonik -Online Shopping Men

Very bad experience. Firstly, they send incorrect products, secondly in a city like mumbai they don't have pick up partners so we have to courier the product back at our expense which will be refunded (don't know when) and lastly, it takes hell lot of follow up and waiting time to get the refund of courier charges and the product. Their phone line doesn't connect so only source is by writing them emails to which no one replies. I really regret buying from Voonik. most horrible experience ever

Very disappointing. I ordered a shoe and got a whole different one. I had to wait for two weeks to get the shoes so i couldnt take the risk of returning it. It was prepaid. No comment section where i could spread my opinion and absolutely no means for registering a complaint. I would suggest not to use this app. Its ridiculous.

they are cheaters. every time they deliver either defected or wrong product. when we return product they don't refund full amount. they deduct shipping charges. why should we pay shipping charges for their mistakes. now they will reply to contact at their email. if u have even 1% customer satisfaction cense refund our full amount.

I'm voonik primo member since August. But from October voonik app is crashed and my data is deleted. Now its not showing my previous orders n lovelist. Also not showing me as primo member. When I tried for new purchase its not giving me primo benefits. It's disgusting n frustrating. I already mailed in customer support but no help provided. This app is getting worse day by day.

Worst experience ever in my life please don't book from this app .thier product is not good and when I returned it . And asked for refund they asked me for account number with confirmation and a cancelled checked pic and when I provided all this I got a message saying that the amount has been initiated in your voonik account .and when I check there is no amount in voonik credits also but I want my money refund not voonik credits .you people cheat I feel highly cheated

Totally fraud. The shows good product and charge you first. Then the real is started. The product won't be delivered ever neither you can expect the refund. You can not even expect good customer service from this platform. Totally nightmare.

I have placed an order and money were cut..But then they cancelled the order due to non availability of the item and money where sent to the app wallet itself and not to my card.They suddenly logged me out off the app and now it says am unidentified user ! . They are not responding to my mails 😠

Cheaters is all what i could say about this online shopping app along with the world's worst customer support team. I have ordered 1 kurta and 2 saris from this site around a month back. Customer will order 1 item and they will deliver a different cheap quality item so eventually i had to return all the products wherein I have requested for the return of 2 products and exchange of 1 sari. Unfortunately a month has been passed, item has been picked up already(the day after i raised the return request)but there is no exchange item or no refund till today. These guys have looted around my 5k rupees and not attending my call/replying to any of my emails. the customer support people even don't know whether my order reached the seller and what is going on and will always give some written excuses which they used to blabber for all people. @voonik: I am already sending mails on a daily basis but you guys are either ignoring my mail purposefully and not doing anything needful.You can please check your customer support emails(same one which you asked me to send an email below)

The worst site to shop for they are frauds . The only site which is not giving you the full amount back when u return the product they will still charge you the shipping & cod.

The worst app...it does not returns your money, everytime you ask them to do so they will ask for you bank statement and after getting the statement also they do not refund your money. The customer care is not good, they are rude to you everytime.

I have ordered a watch first of all quality is bad it looks like some old used watch lot of scratches and second there is no battery in it so I have to again spend money on the battery so totally it's not worth it

worst experience beacuse now it's not showing women's party wear n regular dresses from 2016 to 2019 it was nice app but not it's very bad .....i don't want to give a single star...

App Crashes , i see a pop up 'Please try after 10 mins'.. After 10 mins, i still see the same notification.

Totally bad app . Don't install this app I ordered 1 red suit .but when i got , that has v.poor quality fabric .my boutique also surprised to see such a bad quality fabric.i had written many msg to customer care but they do not responce ... very bad app

I downloaded this app because I thought it will men's clothing..but when trying to look for jackets Nd winter clothes.it showing women outfits..I think I need to uninstall it right now .

Voonik used to be such a great app ! My experience shopping through this app was great!!! Now its just a poor shadow of what it once was !

App is good products are good but sometime wrong product size delivered so plz maintain this. Because we don't have enough time to return replace orders.

Worst experience , doesn't take account log in , and when the app sends mails , the link never ever work !

Horrible experience.. Most third class apps I have ever seen in my life. Guys don't waste your space of mobile to download this kind of apps.

very dirty app i otdered a top it's not good so i retuned it then the money is credited in voonik credit when i want order another top it is not showing credit options such a worse app i have never seen

bakwas online shopping . they send me a shoes but both the colours are different. and when I try to exchange it they are not responding. never shop in voonik.

very simple n straight app ..easy to choose all description given ..easy returns too if u get any prob ...very reliable .. thanks voonik

worst service by voonic. I forget my password so I Submit my gmail address but there is no responce. I try on both apps or google crome same thing.. dont download and dont buy any product from here they cant help you
