Its okay, the app does what it's supposed to do. However the map is quite glitched, and the contact centre support is very misaligned to the app experience, and understanding that this does impact the overall experience because when you're hangry and your food isn't around, you have to deal with a warm body wh gives support that doesn't really help. Also what's the point of a driver chat if they're 95% unresponsive? "Delivery Partners" should be incentivized to respond?
Suggestion: We should have an option to tip the driver after the delivery, like the sixty60 app, so when they don't pitch (which has happened to me), they don't get a tip then. Also encourages them to give a better service on arrival, then a higher tip.
Generally good. Seems though there was a change of pay systems to PayGate recently, which is buggy. As a user I got stuck on the authentication page after payment and was not redirected to the app automatically. Going back I had to fiddle around the home screen to find the order was still being processed. Maybe a heads up as well next time on the change of providers. At first I thought I had been redirected to a suspicious site after confirming my order and being redirected to PayGate.
Thank you very much for the 1st Meal Discount. This was my 1st time using the app, it wasn't a good experience. I was delaying to receive the OTP pin and after waiting to getting the OTP,when concluding the transaction I received a message that the restaurant is offline. This continued for hours until I stopped trying to purchase at that restaurant and opted for my second choice. After the hassle on the APP I received my order in good time and still hot and fresh. Thank you very much for that.
So far I've enjoyed using the app. My food is always delivered on time (sometimes even quicker than expected). The app is easy to use for the most part. I'm just still trying to see where the chats with the driver are stored as I wanted to send him one when I thought my order was missing items. Luckily I found the item in the bag :)
Since the layout of the app has changed it has become buggy in my experience. Still gets the job done but the user friendly quota has dropped. Plus once my order is booked and food is being made the app will still ask me to book an order. My address delivery gets mixed up...
Great App. But the restaurants say they do not receive the allergies and preferences notes. Seems pointless to have that option on the app if the restaurant doesn't receive it.
Yhe app is quick and easy to navigate, and has a convenient payment system. Orders have been correct and on time. A refreshing change from other food delivery apps/sites. Keep it up!
Eversince an update or something i have problems. The app keeps changing my delivery adress for no reason. I've never had this problems and always rated it 5 star. But since the update the issue has happend twice. Whats the use to have this if i have to get in my car and go get the food at the wrong adress where you send the driver. Please look in to this situation.
I am a little frustrated by the fact you block words in notes to the kitchen, I would like to add extra sauce to my Nando's order, which is no longer on the menu but even though its not a cost impact , you don't allow it. Also we should be allowed to tip after delivery and not only before.
The menu's aren't complete and is missing meals that are available. Example you can get the double quarter pounder meals on this app but you can get it on any other delivery services. Swak van julle.
My rating droped cause of the new update of ths ap it's useles. It dsnt let me select befor showing avail restaurants insted it automaticaly shows the adres i last ordered frm. Luckly somehow evrytime i was abt to order to THE WRONG ADDRESS something wnt wrong, or i had to do something els. But i hve had ths problem a few times now & thnk its realy mesed up as sometimes ur in a hury & thn dnt have time to double check these litle things as the app should save the details like permisions asked to
While this app is amazingly convenient every single time I have ordered I have had an issue.Apart from two times. Orders are always wrong,missing items etc.The last 2 orders were so messed up I sent through 10 requests for an agent to call me back and no response. Very disappointed. Counted so far over 6 incorrect orders. R50 voucher is not going to make up for it 😒
Quick, efficient and reliable. I'm not one to use food delivery apps so I have been pleasantly surprised. I haven't had any problems to date and orders arrive earlier than anticipated...I also appreciate being kept in the loop of the delivery every step of the way.
They do not deliver what's ordered. Then when you submit a problem via the app there agents just resolve without contacting you. Money lost twice now because they don't refund when restaurants mess up orders. Then they have the audacity to ask for a rating on service. It's horrible service doesn't even deserve the 1 star.
Hi there I've never had a problem with this app before has we pay with card most of the time and today I paid with cash I had to wait for the driver to go find change and come back just so I could get my change I think it be much better if the drivers carry enough cash on them so they are able to give out change but either than that the service has always been great 👍
Good app and gives you other options for when there is loadshedding, if there is an item not on your order, they call you asking what other choice they have available. Never met a rude driver, they are all friendly. But, they can't tell when the restaurant or garage is closed, so it's a little annoying thinking you have a chance and 20 minutes waiting saying oops sorry try again. But still using it to this day
The styling update on the app (32/3/2022) looks horrible. The Text is to large. You can no longer see which items are delivery/collect only. There is less information on screen at a time, compared to the old styling of the app.
This app really is worth having on your phone. As a way of getting food deliver to where ever you are from places around you. The resolution of issues is also amazing considering that your order goes between the app, restaurant and driver where they all try work as one to give us good service, I am humbled and thank fir for this service.
Placed an order not knowing a driver won't deliver and I didn't have an option to select a driver or collect it myself. called in to find out if I can't change it and request a driver. Agent told me it can't be changed once order is placed, I can cancel the order but won't get a refund. Being a first time user on the app I think this is ridiculous. What happens in cases like this where us as customers don't have transport to collect our orders.
2019/11/02 Definitely a great service that has thus far lived up to their motto. Edited - 2022/04/22 Finally got the update for thr new UI, and absolutely loving the improved look and feel. Use this app far more than any of it's competitor apps, especially those provided by the retailers directly, purely because of its simplicity and scope.
Would be great if it remembered my dietary preference. Very annoying to have to keep filtering out all the restaurants that I would never buy from. If I only eat from Halaal certified outlets, I shouldn't be prompted with restaurants that are not Halaal certified. Simple.
Very Useful and great app for when you crave a good takeout meal or for when you forget your lunch for work (like I did at the time of writing this😅). The drivers are efficient and very friendly and always get my food to me on time if not earlier. Also a wide selection of options based on the current area your in means you can pick and choose at your leisure. Also they are very good with meal deals and very generous with promo codes
