I used to love this app and used it daily but my favorite and most used features have been removed
What happened to the home description ? Showing information ? The purpose of this app is to get all the info (quickly) in one spot.

Terrible. Can't open anything
I expect the information on it be more descriptive than I have been getting. I never got much from this compares to Zillow or Trulia, but all the listing displays on it are up till date.
Limited functionality.
Not user friendly does not list all of the realtor information. Hard to search on the go.

What happened to showing information??? Can't find where to get instructions that's the whole point of this app for us as professionals.
Completely satisfied
When you try to filter you are forced to put in a specific area, you can't just choose a state. Zillow allows you to simply input your home criteria and begin searching. Plus, you have to redo it every time you log back in, you can't just pick up where you left off. Overall the interface almost feels out of date. The filter options/area definitely needs an upgrade.
Works well when searching within an area you are in but filters are not helpful when searching other areas. Contact phone a cannot be directly dialed when pressed. The current status of the home should be more clear/visible.
This is the most useful and accurate app, it sync with multiple listing. It provides much more accurate infor.ation than zillow and redfin.
I am disappointed I no longer have access to the agent info. I've shared this app with my clients for years, hope you can offer the branded app once the Bright MLS integration is completed.
The filters are not advanced enough. Not enough information is being displayed on subject property.
This app would be better if I could input in options and preferences such as pets in the search.

No professional info at all anymore...NONE. USELESS FOR REALTORS.

Amateurish coding and interface. Cannot save search settings. Search settings have to be changed in a specific order or they reset all other settings. If your phone screen turns off even for a second, the app reboots and you have to start your search over (as any advanced search parameters are wiped out). Bottom line: the coders don't understand what array variables are nor how to implement objects correctly. LOL
Most up to date listings, but the actual app interface lags behind third party scrapers like Trulia and Redfin. Navigation is a hassle (switch to map mode, add filters, get kicked back into list mode, switch back to map mode, have to manually refresh every time you move around the map) and filters aren't automatically saved like other apps. Honestly the only reason to use this app is that the listings show up a day or two before other apps with a better user experience. If they had this data combined with the interface of Redfin or similar, it would be the only app worth using. Instead it's one of several I have to use for my searches.
Great for the agent with a client on the fly.
I like this app however I do compare it to other sites. It appear to be more accurate than others. I think it would be good to have other viewers comments when they're visting a property and or the the realtor. Just to kind of get an idea of what you'll be getting. Especially if the realtor never shows or if the pics are not exactly what the property show.
It's so frustrating the app closes EVERY time you migrate away to text or call and have to reload the info from the start.
I'm a real estate investors, with this application I don't have to depend on my realtors for every questions. I received instant information as soon as I pull up in front of the properties. I loves it♡
no option for a search with a "year built " choice. like on the website. looking for newly built. uninstalled because of this
Finally had the problem of listing information not populating fixed, & now the GPS isn't working properly. I open the app, look for nearby homes for sale, & the first ones shown are up to a mile away ... when the 1 across the street from me & the others on the next block don't show up til way, way down the list. Used to be an excellent app & the primary one I recommended to my clients. Unless this is fixed, no more.
