This is the WORST online shopping app EVER. Since the change about 2 years ago, it is excruciatingly painful to use, takes forever to load and manouver between selections. Overall experience rating is extremely disappointing.
Links are not properly set up so you don't initially find the item you're looking for. Have to click on other items to get to similar items, to then find what you want. Strange and oddly set up.
It used to be a good app, until recently. It takes forever to load and the filter option is not good. Actually there isn't one. Furthermore, it allows you to add items to your cart, accepts your money then they don't deliver.
Used to be a great app, but lately it has become extremely laggy and glitchy. Having a lot of trouble even getting to my account info, so paying my account via the app is near impossible - used to be very convenient. Quite often the app also does not display the correct current statement info for my account, or it shows a jumbled mix of the past 2 months. Hope they get it fixed.
This app is useless!! It keeps on saying error after you try and complete your purchase. It says error whole time and then clears your cart and you have to select again and repeat then blank again. NEEE MAN!!!
Always having trouble loading when clicking on a tab. Eventually when items and products do load they tend to reload the same products while scrolling over and over again - its a bit frustrating and I have to refresh often. Other than that I enjoy using the app and buying via the app.
I've used this app loads in the past and it's always been awesome until recently. I got a new phone around the same time as the upgrade, so I'm not sure where the blame lies, but I am unable to log in and I can't even view my basket as a guest shopper. Literally makes the app pointless as I can't purchase anything... Mr Price, sort this out! You're losing a lot of business!
Can't add anything to your bag; can't access your bag. Why release updates if they do t work? The new version of the app has been absolutely terrible! Bring back the original! Even the layout is confusing, you constantly have to press back to get to different categories
Just updated the app in hopes of the problems being fixed but its not, I can't access my bags and can't add anything either so what's the point of it then, it's supposed to make it easier to shop since it's online but now I have to go to the store anyways because the app doesn't work properly. I am beyond disappointed.
The app was great before the upgrade. Now the coupons dont work, items dont get added, it is unimaginably slow, mrp home doesnt even work right most of the time. I wanted to check something out @sport with a coupon, but the coupon wont load, tried to get in touch with them to no avail. Seriously getting irritated and angry with this nonsense. They have to fix it, and do it quick!
Terrible App! More of a downgrade than an upgrade, I'd say. The editing of my cart takes forever to adjust. And when it comes to checking out, it gives an error and clears my entire cart until the next day. Makes one feel as if you could just leave the entire painful process, and just not order at all. Mrp, you are losing sales, but i dont think you are unaware of the problem looking at your stats.
It's frustrating. Imagine finding items you like but being unable to place them in your card. This is more like online WINDOW shopping. It's a total waste of time.
As a web developer myself, the new website/app has been an epic fail. It's slow, it's buggy, you get errors around every corner. If you search, old stock comes up. Y'all wasted your money👌
Extreemly slow, a struggle to place your order. Website on laptop does not work. You cannot add items to your basket but can from mobile app. The upgraded website is a fail since your go live.
I can't add anything to my bag and when I click on anything it keeps giving me an error message.(Java.lang.NullPoineterException) it's been like this for months. If I could rate it would be a zero but I can't so it's a 1. Iykyk
The app was great before the update I've purchased items through it a number of times however lately it's impossible for me to add items in the bag no matter how many times I press the add to bag icon nothing happens, it is so frustrating 😒🙄
This app used to be great but now its not user friendly at all. It freezes, glitches and I can't edit my cart fast enough. Been adding items into my cart only to not find them there. Mxm
The app sometimes doesn't update and is often slow to respond. Very useful to check which stores have stock of the item - but only available if this item is available and in stock online to purchase. Otherwise unable to check what stock a store has
The app was not responding most of the times ..it was so slow and had to wait for it to respond which was time consuming.. ..promotion prices don't change when checking out and still charges the normal price.....
Always error messages. Always kicking me out the app. It's honestly one of the most frustrating shopping app I've dealt with in awhile!
This app is so slow I can cook a meal between addings items to my cart. Made a R5000 cart and it dissapeared twice. I am deleting an item from my cart as we speak and it is loading foreeevvver. Terrible app 👎
Being having problem fr the past 2yrs. I cant buy any thing on line cos always sumthing is goin wrong. Cant add my card on my app. Havent bought any thing fr 2yrs bt my acc is so high. It never goes down even wen payment is done. Not happy at all. 😒😏
App is quite slow and some items cannot be added to the basket - no error, items just don't appear in basket. But otherwise app is okay.
Used to be fine then they upgraded site but was more of a foengrade the most unpleasant online shopping experience I've ever had. Def spend less and shop less, never anything in stock and takes ages to upload and error after error. Will be closing my Mr Price Acc
Been trying to do some shopping since last week Sunday with no luck. This App glitches everytime when i have to select billing address. Really frustrating.
Worst shopping app I've ever used. Takes forever to load. Items don't add to bag. Even if you get that far... Payment screen hangs. Total, utter disgrace.
Absolutely pathetic. Click on add to cart and nothing happens, cart just stays empty. How is a person supposed to shop. This has been going on for over 6 months. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, it doesn't help. Rather shop elsewhere.
The app is slow to load. Times out continously. It is painful to use this app. The experience between Shein and this app is like night and day. Please optimize the performance of your app.
Worse shopping app i have ever used, slow, unorganized, no user friend,will show items as available until when you are placing an order and you will be told they are out of stock. Some items are available however you are unable to add them and the is no notification why. Was irritated and very frustrated with this app. Spending alot of money and again still have to pay for your delivery??? Only at Mr Price!!! Wouldn't recommend it at all!
