mRPG - Chat app to play RPGs
CAMPAIGNS: Create RPG campaigns and invite your friends to play. You can play in multiple campaigns at the same time, with different game groups.
CHARACTERS: The GM can define the template character sheet that every character in the campaign will use. Then he can create the characters and assign them to players. Each player is in charge of their character sheet.
PLAY: In mRPG you don't need to be yourself at all times. The GM can speak as himself, as the narrator of the adventure or as an NPC. Players can speak as themselves or as the character they are assigned.
DICE: Roll dice and see the results without leaving the chat screen. Everyone will know what you rolled. Use the standard dice notation to express your rolls:
•1d20: roll a die with 20 faces
•3d6: roll 3 dices with 6 faces
•d20+10: roll a die with 20 faces and add 10 to the result
FIND: You can find players to join your campaign or find campaigns looking for players. GMs can set up their campaigns as "Looking for Players" and anyone can ask to join the campaign (the GM must accept the join request).
There will be many more features to come. This is just the begining of our adventure!

It is so sad what happened to this app. 3/4 years ago I would've rated it a 4 or maybe even a 5 but now? Its accessibility, its interface, its functionality and Integrity as an app were leagues better than they are now. Ads happened once in a blue moon, you could actually get into lasting campaigns because everyone toxic was removed by a resourceful mod team and the community enjoyed spending time on the app. Until they got money hungry and greedy, making the app much worse for a quick buck.
After three years I still love using this app but.. WHY ARE THERE ADS EVERYTIME I GO INTO A CAMPAIGN? It's so annoying — I'm fine with ads every 30 mins but does it have to be every time I try to check a campaign at the 'Look for campaign' section?
Very happy to see lfp back. However, I have been experiencing some bugs and glitches when using the lfp tab. 1) Filtering leads to several campaigns dissapearing. This also sometimes happens on its own. 2) When scrolling it reaches a point where the same campaign duplicates. Refreshing doesn't fix this. 3) When scrolling, it refreshes the tab on its own and goes back to the top. These problems make the app unusable at the moment. I've already tried it on another phone.
I would give it five stars its really fun to use sadly it does have some problems word limit does get anoying sometimes also certain values not always working and reseting is also anoying but easy to deal wjth whats not easy to deal with is messages randomly deleting whether ive seen them or not and im not the only one who has this problem please fix it i would like to rate the app higher
Lovely layout, easy management and character images are well-positioned. However, the app has closed and restarted on half of my devices when uploading pictures for characters, and has not opened the keyboard on another half. Currently I'm on a 2019 mid range Huawei and mRPG works better than ever, however it keeps closing every time I am uploading an image. Luckily my friend does that for me and I also use the app on an emulator on my PC, where it functions perfectly. I doubt I'll use another.
To be frank, this app is extremely buggy prone to message lag, occasional crashes, and just straight up not sending notifications when a message is posted to a campaign. There's some nice features but it can be a slog to use. It's nice that the option to find players is back, but some people might not have personal phone numbers so requiring number verification leaves them in the dust.
Amazing app, to be able to make friends and play dnd, I hope my voice helped and smart decision to make an authentication system but you should allow two profiles to have the same email, other than that this is a great app
Best Role-playing app I've ever had. Add maps though. Customizable maps even. And there should be personal spell lists for each character. Would be cool.
In general I like the app, the only problem I'm having right now is the fact that when I try to verify my number, the code won't get texted to me. Please help, I can't set any campaign as looking for players without verification.
I LOVE this app...But Upon opening the app im unable to sign in and get back to the campaigns i love making for my friends. Please fix this...❤
A good app, until a week or so later, it started crushing or messages do not send and the new update seen to be affecting the app
I used to absolutely love this app. Of course the bugs can get annoying at times, and at points it can remove your campaigns entirely without them having been deleted... but I can deal with that. I believed that this team was willing to change the app for the community's sake. Since this last update, that belief was completely diminished. I held out hope 'till the very end but now you just decided that the whole app should go up in flames by removing the looking for players page. What. The. Hell
The roleplay system is amazing and looking for players is back ! However now I'm having an issue with the text. Basically, I can no longer make it bold and itallic at the same time
The app was a pretty nice way to look for some casual campaigns, but now you can't look for campaigns, making the app completely unusable. It hasn't stopped them from pushing a premium version that doesn't do anything though.
Ok, I like the idea, and I greatly enjoyed the easy access to other games and the fact you can even host your games on here, with ease and precision. However, as of December 2021, your new update, the one in relation to searching for players, you know, the thing you removed? It is vary rude of me to say this and I apologize, however that was a stupid choice. Beyond idiotic, not everyone has friends who rp. And you essentially toke away the one function that helps that. Good app, poor execution.
Ive been using this app for quite some time now(4 years) and ive watched it slowly get worse and worse. Bugs and the app crashing/lagging out happens more than I can count. To the point where i have to reinstall the app to get it to properly work again. The only thing that keeps me going is the amazing people you can meet here. But they shut down some of the finding campaigns recently so you might not even get the chance.
So there's a glitch where it won't load, it keeps saying "loading" when I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, it didn't work, it just brought me to the sign up screen, I made an account and then, BOOM same thing happens, once I clicked done it said, "Loading..."
lag is the only problem. I can't even open the app without it freezing or shutting off my phone very frustrating
Almost half of the player base are gone. There are mean players left sending messages that are either discriminatory and downright racist or inappropriate. There is no report button only block, so help yourself out with the useless options.
I used to love this app....and it got me through very hard times for a little. I deleted it cause it personal issues but got high and wanted to come back and hopefully start a new campaign and make more memories BUT SOMONE TOOK AWAY THE FINDING CAMPAIGN SLIDE AND THE ONLY PEOPLE I GOT IN THE DMS ARE PEOPLE I SPLIT AWAY FROM FOR A REASON GODAMNIT
Ads are killing the app. Just make it stop and make it a Play Pass app to get subscription income.
Still completely garbage constant lag Messages never send I shouldn't have to leave the campaigns chat room in order to deliver a message that's legitimately annoying
3 stars because I loved this app and I want it to come back. Please don't ruin this for us. I want the find games page to be added again so we can have the app we once loved. I made friends on here and had many a fun game, so I wish you all can stop punishing us for whatever reason you have.
This app is a mixed bag. Been a user for 3 years now and have had some good times and bad times with it. Definitely convenient to be able to play ttrpgs nearly instantly and in a text format from your phone, but lacks many features of more powerful applications like Roll20. The developers are actively trying to improve the app but it still has a lot of room for improvement. All in all it is worth a try.
