HOW IT WORKS
MS Buddy is free to download, and connecting with others through the app is simple.
* We’ll ask you a few questions about yourself: your age, gender, location, type of MS, treatment, medication, and how long you’ve had the condition.
* Each day, MS Buddy will match you with another user who has a similar profile to your own.
* You’ll have the option of reaching out to anyone on your match list, or responding to anyone who messages you.
* Anyone with whom you choose to not interact will disappear from your match list after ten days.
It’s that easy.

Can't log in to app. The support there is crucial and no matter what I do, I can't log in. Cleared cache, Uninstaller, reinstalled, tried to update...it's very frustrating.
The app keeps freezing up. Regardless of the page I go to.. (I use a Samsung S21+) The old app was fine (on my S9) Gave it many tries until 1/24/22. I'll be leaving the group:(
I have mixed opinions about this app. In one way it was very helpful to me as I was getting diagnosed with MS. But the app is also quite buggy and can be frustrating to use at times. There are moments where you've typed a long response or comment only to see some of it was cut off once it posted.

Worked great for about 3 days, then I began having trouble opening it. I've done everything....clear cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, allowed everything options, and it will not open but only once. Have restarted my phone numerous times to no avail. Sent feedback many times. Android user and have no idea what else to do.
I love the idea of this app, but it is difficult to navigate, a pain to load pictures, closes down when I move between apps, and continuously struggles to connect. Sometimes I wait so long to log in, I forgot what I came to read.
I want so much to love this app, but its rather hard to follow. I'm also aware that there's supposed to be a "go dark" feature, among other amazing updates that supposedly just happened in February, but I'll be damned if *I* can find them. Looks like the same ole app to me! Would like to know where the mysterious hiding features ARE when I get into the app!! 🧐🤷♀️
I have only been able to open the app twice and ever since then it freezes when i open it. I have tried updating the app, restarting my phone, etc. Too bad, I was really excited to use this as a resource to meet other people with MS.
Amazing app! A lot of good articles and connects you with people all over the world. Only thing missing is a filter for people nearby to connect you with ppl with MS that are close.
Love this app for talking to others w MS & also finding out valuable information about it.
Only just downloaded it and I like it. A bit of a glitch - I can't delete or change my profile picture? Can only add. Yikes... And now it seems that I have to keep uninstalling and installing because the App just won't open...
Constant problems... hard to use but like some features

The ow of the app straight to email noticlfication has been flawkess for me. I appreciate the ease of use. One thing that cpuld make it more lehible for many of us, would be to use a darker font for the actual text, member to member. Thank you.
I could not get past the initial setup process verifying my phone #. Apparently it cannot use my phone like it wants to. Removed the app from my phone and looking for a different app...

Great app. Easy to use and connect with others although I've had lots of issues with my account and txting to log in and out.
Am giving 1star cus its a great initiative. I couldn't give more stars because accounts don't open after wasting of te just to creat an account. Begining to feel like its a scheme to collect users data.
I tried to sign up for an account. But I keep getting a message saying request can't be processed! Won't even let me create an account! Uninstalling
I love the live chats and articles! I would give it 5 stars if there was a way to stay signed into healthline and save favorite articles.
This place, is a space of safety for those, it was provided for. And I enjoy the people who's on it! They are awesome and kind.
There are a lot of glitches when attempting to edit my profile. Other than that it's a great resource for meeting other people with MS.
It's nice to be able to communicate with people who are enduring the same debilitating disease that I am...and passing on a few pointers too!

This app helped me very much as a newly diagnosed user to understand my illness. It has useful information for what I can do to reduce and help with symptoms.
I am relatively new to this site but it's very helpful reading about other's experiences. Even though I have been diagnosed for 20 years, all of us know there are no two people the same. Already I have purchased the MS book for Dummies and I am trying some of the suggestions mentioned. It is especially good for me to read on the days I am having a pity party. We have plenty of people to pray for. God bless all of us 🙏🏼❤️ I don't know all the details in using it yet. Is there a guide,?
Absolutely frustrating. App opens then freezes. Nothing works. Horrible. Uninstall and reinstall doesn't help.I have MS and this site is so important to me. I wish you would have just left It alone.
