- this area help you track MS activity, you can add new symptoms, drugs , medical events, test , MRIs.You can also enter personal notes that maybe related to your MS .All the activity you enter can be seen the history section where you can have an overview on your MS activity. This can help you better describe your symptoms when talking to your doctor.

- News: which present up to date MS news , you can read articles by putting your device online and load all the articlesB
- Ask for Help: you can contact the admin if you needed help with the app or if you have a question about your symptoms or drug . the admin will seek for expert help and answer your question.3
- forum: all questions asked by the users will go public once answered by the admin this will help others get answers without the need to wait for the admin.
