This app never works right. I always have to call because my account is locked. I don't change anything. It's very frustrating.. I love the bank but this is the worst bank app I've ever used!
Easy to use. Convenient.
App crashes all the time at least twice a week and won't work for a day or so most of the time after crashing have reinstalled it numerous times
Downloaded the app, but when I put in my info it says cannot process at this time, deleted and re-download and it still doesn't work.
Ive never had any problems using this app. Deposits are easy to do and ive never had issues viewing my balance or previous transactions. 5/5.
The security, if you choose to not let the app 'remember this device' is calming, mixed with the convenience of instant balance, makes for a wonderful banking experience.
Simple, easy to use and able to handle nearly all my banking needs. Love the fingerprint sign on feature!
Scored down because every time I log out I get a push to force stop it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it does the same thing.
So far this app has been fantastic and minimal amount of glitches or issues. I'm very pleased with this app and the financial institution.
outstanding. only had an issue wiyh one deposit that the system did not like but took it to the bank and they took care of everything.

App is fine. The bank seems to be behind. It shows the difference between balance and available transactions but it does not show what's pending. Please consider including this information. It would be helpful.
