I downloaded the app and couldn't even log in. The OTP came but it then asks for a pin and when i put in my pin it says the account is inactive, contact offices. How is my account inactive when i just installed the app? Waumini please contact me for a good mobile app developer. This one is a complete let down for a big sacco such as this

Very poor. Needs to be completely overhauled. Can't even complete installation process. I've not denied permission but says it 'won't work if permission is denied'. Hides my keypad with the annoying message even after closing the App! The message only goes away upon uninstalling!

The worst finance application I have ever used. Takes ages to load & NO transaction ever succeeds. The application shows a transaction is successful only for a text message to follow telling you your transacting has been received and is being processed. Then shortly after another text saying your transaction has been declined! Every time you open the app you are charged for a balance inquiry?! Mobile money apps no longer even charge for balance inquiry. The USSD platform is not any better.

Application is very good and fast. I also like that it only works on mobile data. The improvement can be on the presentation of information and content. The mini statement does not seem to provide value.

This app sometimes works and after each upgrade it is crushing all the time, if you open the app and click menu it crushes meaning it isnt better at all. Again it doesnt show active loans or request loans. I wonder those talking of the app being good but it is not! Work on it and let us expect good result from the next upgrade.

A very good and secure app,,, i have liked it... One can do all the transactions confortably. Especially depositing which i was not able to do before the app was introduced. Easy to use. I love it. Only that the stars are not more than 5.

This is the most useless app anyone has ever made. Downtime is 98%, it's a rip off. Every time you check balance, it deducts 15 shillings. No connection to the server. Saccos have to provide us an alternative to this useless app. I need to make my payments, I have to wait for it to make connection to the server? Absolutely useless app

App doesn't work. Keep crashing at every attempt to open it. Work on it as it's annoying in it's current form.

Most underwhelming. Many attempts at transactions fail. Also don't understand why it only works on mobile data and not WiFi.

Keeps hanging now n then 2, cant display normal loan n super loan balance 3 Has no Mpesa option while paying back loan with mpesa 4 Weekend turns out to be a horrible day to use app 5, alot of deductions when checkung bal, every check 10 bob Surely.. haul this app and find developer who can authenicate each n every detail of an account holder to be in,. its not a must we visit the offices. overall rating 1/5

The application is extremely slow and expensive to use. Most of the times there is nothing loading. To make matters worse every query is charged

It's efficient and work's marvelous though i have noticed that it doesn't work mostly during end month, that is from 26th to 1st of the preceeding month, its always on n off, kindly rectify this coz this is the time many people make transactions after getting their salary thro FOSA. But generally its works effeciently n fast.

It's good,though still lack vital features required in financial transactions. Hope there will be improvement on that area.

This app is so good quick and easy access, Mostly I prefer to use the app to access my account details,but the problem is it doesn't show option for Dividend withdrawal.

Hello. The app has been down since last week. I contacted Kimisitu to assist without any luck. Can't login, no mention of whether it's experiencing downtime. HELP!

The application is excellent thought it does not offer a self guarantee column. It should be noted that some members are at the state of standing for themselves depending on their shares. Thanks with regards.

Tried transfering finds from savings to deposit but it doesnt give you the option of savings instead it give you a shares option. Alafu unakatwa 10 bob every time you ask for balance...very wrong!! This app is very corrupt

A lot balance check charges on almost every button you hit. Even "Account details" button adds a charge for balance check.

App doesn't work...... crashing al the time Build a better infrastructure first then deploy something that is user friendly and can connect over WiFi too...

Poor connection capabilities and transaction completion is 0%. Useless app! Both USSD and Msacco app are unsuitable for the service they provide!

Amazing and fast. Apart from a few hiccups once in a while, it is a good, simple and efficient application.

Very very very fake Apps, getting started is troubling , no help information ,my directed to a special class or banks, i failled to understand its usefulness.

With recent updates this app has gone from bad to worse ... Previously I was able to log in and check balances unlike now when logging in has become serious problem since I could not get the OTP during log in. Please mind your customers.

App is completely useless. It has not been working for the past 2 days and their customer care line is not going through. Avoid completely.

Very slow, the App charges everytime you log on. It appears the developer's primary objective was to make money and not offer service.

Why do you even bother making such a useless thing if there was zero rating that's what I would give. You should just delete it from the playstore coz it's shameful you cant even get in and your ussd is even app why bother even doing business TOTAL WASTE OF TIME DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!

It is good but when I introduced friends they complained that they can't use wi-fi and only mobile. Otherwise for me am using it. It is good
