Since the update the mobile deposit only works once. After that it doesnt focus and is very dark. uninstalling and reinstalling the app allows it to work one more time but as someone who deposits several checks per week, this is not working for me!
used to work perfect. I loved using the mobile deposit, but for the last 2 plus months i can't even get in. The manager in my local branch told me it's a Samsung problem & they are working on it ( i have a Galaxy S9). wish they would hurry and actually communicate with account holders acknowledging the problem.
Sucks. Every time I scroll your damn pop-up keeps popping up! I really hate this bank and I will be leaving it soon! Can't wait! Also your branch manager in Sudbury couldn't get a simple recurring deposit correct! 3 times I've gone in there! They assure me it's going to be done correctly..lol after almost TWO years it still isn't. Pathetic!
The app sucks! I have not been able to open it for days and the only way to get info is to go online and I am repeatedly asked to verify when I have already verified. Beyond aggravating
Very buggy and slow, ever since a few recent updates it's very difficult to easily see recent account activity (never loads, have to load up statement which may not have most recent transactions)
it's a pretty blue screen with a cute spinning beach ball that never stops! completely useless for what it's intended purpose is!
Worked great before last update. Now can't see my transactions only the balances. Not sure what happened but you guys need to fix it. It used to work perfectly
Still Broken. Its been about 2 weeks since i could get into my account through the app. When ever i try to log in I just get an eternal loading bar.
This app fails 100% I install it works once them stops..there is more than minor bug issues they are major. It never logs on...never
edit: it's working much better now This app used to be fantastic, but all of a sudden it will not load. I have to uninstall and reinstall each time I want to use it.
I think I called my bank a month or so ago & told them my application stopped working on my phone which is a galaxy prime j7 & they said they were working with Samsung to fix the issue & would get back to me about it, yet zero emails from Middlesex savings bank, 3 calls placed to them also & no resolution.
I keep having to uninstall and reinstall this app on my galaxy phone! Won't let me log into my account. Need to fix this!
I'd give a better review except it doesn't even open at all! I've uninstalled and re installed at least 6 times and still nothing
used to be great. Now it's been glitching for like 2 months and it's super frustrating!
Does not work anymore, was great. Please fix it, may switch banks if can't utilize online banking via phone.
When I upgraded operating system on my android phone it stopped working. It was great before Hurry up and fix it Middlesex savings bank
thanks for updating the app, this seems to have fixed the problem with logging in.
Antiquated app. Does not work on Samsung Tablet after last update.
Useless only shows current balance, cannot see any transactions.
Worst banking app ever, hands down one of the worst mobil check deposit feature ever. Whoever wrote that chunk needs to quit there job

absoloute garbage banking app. makes me wanna switch banks completly as im no longer in the county as a member of the military this bank is useless online.

While the functionality is fine for viewing my account, I'm unable to make a mobile eDeposit. The camera goes dark and won't focus, as I've seen others here say. Taking a photo of the check with my CAMERA it is perfectly sharp and bright (no flash needed), but USELESS for mobile depositing as it is now and I couldn't find anywhere in the app to send feedback directly for help.
