It don't work. It charges you but your message gets stuck on being processed but never gets sent I want my money back but if you try the send feedback option that never sends either it's nothing more than a scam
It was easy to use but my letter was tracked to a different location not where I sent too been trying to get a hold of anybody here nobody reply wether it's through email , Facebook, Instagram!!!! Seems convenient but why even bother spending 5$ for nothing !!!!!
Used to work great, until my most recent order. Order hasn't shipped now 2 weeks after placing it. Reached out to customer service multiple times via different avenues with no response at all whatsoever.

Horrible experience they stole my money and pictures. No response from help desk. The email actually bounces back as it not working. Smh

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! So I paid for this and you sent my husband another's letter and pics of some girl we don't know. So I'm going to guess my pics and letter went to a random inmate I don't know. So now some stranger has my pics. Yes, I have some random girls pics since the letter was rejected.
I sent my letter and pictures on January 1, 2021 and i payed $4.99 and it still says its in progress I dont understand. Please fix this issue or give my money back

I haven't used it yet but I'm wondering do you get the mail back as a letter from them or an email ?? How does this work don't wanna write something that they're not gonna get

That place I ordered photos on November 17th and paid and today is November 24th and my boyfriend in Riverhead still has not received his photos
does this app send mail to county inmates also I really hope so due to covid 19 there's no movement from county to prison so inmates are gonna stay in county for God knows however long .please lacounty jail will be much appreciated and very helpful .thank you

I wish I would have know about this app when I was doing time so I could have told my friends and family about it. Now it's the only way I write letters to people doing time!

This app does not let you put in the address to who your sending to. It does not take into consideration that there might be 2 people with the same name at 2 different facilities. My letter was sent to the wrong person at the wrong facility and they did not respond to me when I emailed them.
