The problem that it solves is the following: when you export MS Outlook mails and move them between different kinds of media, the date they present is the file system created/modified date. Unless you import them to MS Outlook again, or to an equivalent app, there's no trivial way to re-order them again properly. This app permits you to do it easily in an Android environment: simply select files and/or folders where you have those .msg files stored and they will appear ordered by their sent/received date.
The free version only let you load up to 5 .msg files and does not save the e-mail listing between app restarts.

This app is just a joke right? Permission for accessing the contacts why? It doesn't even open any *.msg files from a file explorer for example.
Actually, useless, can only open 5 messages in free version, can only open first attachment, so why give a free version if its useless. Uninstalled and DON'T contact me, not interested. I don't have your app installed therefore you don't have reason to contact me.
Very basic interface, but it does the job! Hell yeah, thank you so much for your hard work tuning this app. I am now able to open and Read . Msg files AND attachments! Woo-hoo!! A+
Needs too many unrelated permissions for a legitimate app. The privacy policy says that I can disable the permissions but when I do that the app says it won't run.
App does not work! It can't even locate files or open storage. Waste of time
Post installation I clicked on the folder icon to select file but it gives me a blank window without folder \ directory listing. I am using OnePlus 3T
Just installed to help reading the files its supposed to open!!! Does NOT DO any of those. Waste of time. Uninstalling

I have backed up msg from my windows phone to sd card which was in .msg format. I download this app to restore the messages in my android phone. I have purchased the full version of this app for that. But it does not work. Every time selecting the the backedup message folder it shows "reading the messages......" but 0% remain day long. It does not proceed. Very bad experience
Rubbish, why give it as a free app and 99.9% of the features are locked until paid version is bought. Useless & senseless, a money making racket. Keep this free version for your own use developer. Uninstalled your junk.
Opens .msg files perfectly, but I can't open any attachments - they were greyed out, I paid to unlock features, now they're active links but nothing happens when I tap one.
It didn't loaded the html mail
It works, but opens only first attachment in free version. Found another app: "EML reader free" and have done my job.
This isn't working for me. I downloaded a .msg file attached with an email. Can't open it. The file doesn't appear in either the home screen or the file directory menu of this app. Could you please resolve this. Thanks.

The recent enhancements to show the file's path, allow selection of text or hyperlinks in a msg, search all folder depths for msg files, and have the reader as an 'Open with...' option when selecting a .msg file make this app close to perfect. THANK YOU FOR A SIMPLE BRILLIANT APP that solves a real problem I had.
