Keeps crashing every time I try to upload a document. Taking a photo works fine, but uploading crashes. Incredibly frustrating, as I don't have a printer!
It keeps crashing all the time. Completely useless, insurance itself is super slow, it's almost impossible to reach them via phone. Disappointing
Im greatly disappointed in MSH. I have been making a follow up on my claim for almost a month now. At first they told me that it was processed, but l didn't receive it. Later they changed the story that they are waiting for feedback from accounts department. It's been more than 2 weeks now still no response from them. They are not replying my emails, no updates on my claim yet in the app it says it was processed on the 23rd November 2020. Kindly advise on this matter.
Country guide is not working! No, im not doing your job for you. It refuses to load. The arrow turns and turns. Internet connection is fine, as is every othet app. Its you.
Overall app is good but one reason i would like to use this app is to see me and my family insured card listed in the app. Its not showing me. I am able to login but there is no option i can see where it shows me my family cards associated to my primary cards??
Is this a joke? You asked to update a new version but it doesn't allow to attach a PDF document of 300 kb. It says: file extension is not allowed. Tried a millon times and not working. It's PDF for God's sake! This company really likes it to play with your patience at all levels!
Used to work well before update. Now I get a constant server error and can't submit any of my claims. Very disappointing.
New problem with the app again. Does not launch the camera and teying to submit a claim saying "Please install a camera" + tell me .jpg and pdf file are not allowed format.

Impossible to submit a claim for a more than 6 digits value. For exemple, I can submit a claim of 999 000 IDR (Indonesian rupiah), but not of 1 000 000 IDR. Please help

The app itself is great and easy to use, but the insurance itself is useless , it covers nothing and will never pay you a dime.

When trying to login I could not submit my birth date...it was stuck on 1990. I was trying to get it operative on my new phone.
Impossible to install in China for an international application. Simply in acceptable.

This app keeps crashing. I used to be great but it is just useless now. Is there any new app to use instead? Update: Any update on this? The app is still crashing when we try to upload the documents. This is very ennoying.
Nothing works
Unfortunately the app says my session expired after 30 seconds or so. Then I have to log in again, by typo g my password. No option to remember the password or to log in via fingerprint. Also, the "spinning wheel" menu is fun for the first 5 seconds, and then it's just annoying. Just a regular menu would be so much easier...
Filing claims through the app is not possible anymore. That's the most important feature of the app
It is not possible to trace which reimbursement corresponds to which claim. If you do multiple claims at once, you receive several claim numbers. But then, when you receive the reimbursements, they are assigned yet another different number! So, you don't know to which claim they correspond. In addition, there is no claim history. To improve.
