App doesn't work at all. Just shows web page not available page every time I open it. Tried multiple times across several months Uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

to all the people who can't figure out the phone number... give it the phone number you use to call the morning star system... not your phone number, not the company phone number. After that it will ask for your employee number and pin like normal. app works as advertised, slightly less tedious than the telephone tree.

Does not work right for 3rd shifters. Unable to use app to call in night of. Jumps to wrong date no matter how you try it. To call ahead of time you have to select the wrong date and try for 1 day ahead of your actual day off

This app is better than calling every day. For those who can't access the app when asking for a phone number, you must enter the telephone number you use to call out, also it ask for your log in ID which is your employee number on your paycheck stub.

My phone has been tweeking ever since installation of this app. It randomly closes me out of other phone functions.

It wont accept my digit code and I cant use it. I have the right info and it says my number doesnt exist. We have to use this app for work and I have to go in sick as a dog because this app is useless.

I really like it, easy to use. Better than trying to use the call in line. Reccomend it for fellow employees whose company uses Morningstar for absentee reporting.u

much better then calling off everyday. being on short term disability it helps when I can go on this app and call off for the whole month or how ever I know I'll be out for

My phone I entered is not recognized. Should be able to enter employee number like it is with the phone system is setup

Needs to have a filter for absences so you can figure your points used from FMLA.

potential spyware ransomware found in app by security software. Beware.

Tried to get my new child care time off extended by 3 days called in early Thursday and didn't hear back until the following Tuesday which was to late.
