It is impossible to choose a country in the application, which is probably why the repair history is not displayed. Bonus points are also not calculated correctly. I go every day, but I get one bonus point about once a week. Also, I did not receive the promised 100 points for registering the product.
It's unprofessional at all.. hire a decent developer to make it up for you, the user interface is just like a child's developing.. Second it's just crazy how you make the coins system just change when we have reached the amount to exchange them, for any useful thing.. Coincidence you might say! I don't think so.. people just avoid this app, it's a shame for all of MSI fans.
Laggy, points do not display sometimes and generally a bad app experience. Not to mention the weird permissions requirement.
Doesn't work. Frustrating, especially since most of us are using this app to register products that are broken to start our refund. So when you're trying to register a broken product on a broken app.... Rage ensues.
Lots of spelling errors, it wouldn't register my keyboard or mouse. Now it won't load the app, it just hangs on a black screen.
Unable to register laptop with USA selected. Only "Other" is available to choose for method of purchase regardless of which selection I make. When I enter "Best Buy" in the last field I get Error(02)

I tried to load it and first thing it askes for is access to contacts and storage. Why dies this app need access to my contacts? I did give it access to it and it would not load.
App used to work now it's taking space on device since one of the prior updates stuffed it up meaning nothing loads please resolve this major failure.
requires unnecessary permissions. why do we need an app to register hardware? why can't it automatically detect itself?
Tried to register my Mobo 4 times. Everytime after I scan the SN and enter the CHK code the application crashes and logs me out
The app was as useless as online. Both of my MSI products would not register online or with this app. Seriously disappointed.
Unable to register product, at the end when inputting the CHK number, it will just return to the main menu

This app is a buggy POS. I tried to create an account and put in my first name and country like it asks, hit send and nothing happened. Then when I hit the back button it would give me an error message. Then I tried to sign in with Facebook and it would return me to the sign up page, which did the same as before. Then I tried to register a product and it would scan several of the bar codes, and when I tried to scan the serial number it would say it was an invalid one. DOESN'T WORK.
