The MSI Mobile app is a mobile companion to the critically-acclaimed MSI Services website for use by Field Agents. If you are a Field Agent for MSI Services, it allows you to take your Field Agent responsibilities with you wherever you go. The MSI Mobile app helps you to leverage the unique features of your Smart Phones, by allowing you to use your GPS to find nearby projects and using your phone’s camera to take and upload digital images. After using the app for a few weeks, you will realize just how efficient and mobile you can be as an MSI Field Agent.
The MSI Mobile app provides the following functionality, all optimized for the limited screen space of your Smart Phone:
- View information about your current projects, including project descriptions and manuals, as well as mapping the location.- Input your data, which automatically saves your progress along the way- Find available projects based on your current location, a particular zip code, or your home address.- Confirm projects that have been sent your way by our staff- Check in and check out of a location, which is a quick way to log your time in and time out for one of your projects.- Upload receipts for any projects that require them.- Contact support from the field quickly and easily.

While inputting data, app kept dropping. Had to keep reopening the app to finish the form. Finally just went to main site to finish the form.
The server encounters errors every time I open the app. It's useless.
This app is great and keeps me from having to actually make a purchase that I may or may not need/want to return. Love it!
The app IS a great companion to the website. Very useful for those of us doing multiple projects in a day. However, I'd love to see the app updated to match the aesthetic of MSI's freshly rebranded website, "the Source" aka "New Site"
I really like this app for entering shops on the go. It is easy to use and mobile check in and out is a time saver. Shops are finished before I leave the premises sometimes. As an aside...MSI is one of the best companies to shop for!
This app used to be great, but now there are minimal secret shopping jobs. Wish it would be updated with more jobs!
App is easy and user friendly just wish there were more shops available closer to me.

Account creation does not work through the app, it must be done through the website. The GPS worked great in my house, but now that I am outside, it will not work at all. None of my settings have changed, so the problem is with the app.
Cant get passed welcome screen there is no next button or accept etc
I can't get passes the welcome screen.
Doesn't show the next bottom or the box to check that I agree.
This app is perfect for those of us who hate being tied down to a computer!

This app is a no-frills tool to make mystery shopping project input easier.
They discontinued service on onsite inspections for me because of something small.
This app helps you find assignments and you can fill out your work on them also.
I have been with TrendSource for a little over 5 years, I figures app would be awesome. But it crashes way too much. Probably going to get rid of it.
Its given me such a tool to complete my tasks and to get my goals achieved with accomplishments
With update it crashes every time I attempt to search please fix
The app works great for both searching for projects and reporting them. The only problem is in adding comments, where it has annoying spacing problems.
The app is not all that great, but I can tell you this is a legitimate company. For the person that says they do not have direct deposit, you're wrong. They do, in fact, have direct deposit and highly recommend using it. You get paid much faster, etc. There is a lot of paperwork and little pay, but it's a fun little job on the side. :)
There was an error telling me that I needed 0 characters in a required field, when it was supposed to be filed out. Even when I left it blank, it gave me the same error. I got in my laptop, and it timed the filed out field with no problems.
It will not allow me to input my password. Have tried two different keyboards. Email goes in fine, but nothing when I type password. I will change my reading when this is resolved.
This app needs more serious work....when looking up jobs.,,,freezes....on loading alot.....if I can't trust your app...guess I wouldn't be able to trust you to pay me...neither...
Does not work on Android Turbo. Let's me log in and get to the get project page. But when I go to search, it give a error of.. MSI Mobil was unable to get a satellite fix. Make sure you have a clear view of the sky and try again. Also, please ensure that you have allowed GPS access to MSI Mobil. I do not know how much more of a clear view I need. I was standing in the middle of a parking lot with no one around me this afternoon. Would really like this to work 100%.
