Just okay. I like to use it when it works... Right now it crashes everytime I view a ticket. I'd contact support, but that's not an option inside the app.
Aggravating, but eventually gets there. Constantly makes me sign in again and again. I haven't moved or changed WiFi connections, and my phone has good security so what the heck?
seems good, could do with better notification control for Android OS, for example turn off sound/vibrate for notifications.
Great app for my mobile technicians. Only big issue is very slow login process. Even with finger print of pin login.
App desperately needs some Open by default links so you can open tickets from your email Also a way to view hours worked in a day would be very helpful to technicians, the timesheet function of the app needs extra features.
Creating a customer results in a half setup customer that is unusable until you fix it from a desktop(service item missing and unselectable), and it is impossible to unassign yourself/assign nobody to a ticket.
this app needs to have search enabled so it can see body text of ticket not just ticket subject. Also needs to be able to link to other tickets.
Since installing the latest Android update on my Samsung Galaxy S9 (March 2019), notifications have stopped working for this app.
Won't stay logged in and biometric signin says incorrect password and I have to go through 2fa login every single time.
no fingerprint auth. for android and not stable for everyday use.

I'm enjoying this so far. Will keep testing.
Still missing the timer notification, and it seems to log me out after about every 5 minutes, even when the timer is running, which should imply that I'm on a job. Fingerprint authentication doesn't work anymore for some reason, and I can't seem to get it to work, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app It's a real pain to have to type in my password and the two-factor authentication code just about every time I go back to the app, to make notes for the job I'm working on!
All things considered, there should be an offline mode and a section for digital signatures
Slow. Passcode never works. Quite a few nags with it. Needs to work more like desktop browser ngp version.
Wow this is a great app. Works very well simple and get things done. Not sure why other say it's slow. I have an older phone and have no issues.
Better than is was but still a long way to go. Cannot do simple things like copy passwords from the kowledgebase, decimal point is missing when adding expenses. Great potential they just need to pay attention to the detail!

Terrible. Very slow, if you think the web app is slow, wait until you try the Android app. Time keeping is also very tedious and tons of taps. Time keeping has no way to enter a prior time. Mostly so slow that it is barely usable. Takes about 5 minutes to close a single ticket. Would take 1minute in web app and even one minute is way too long already.
The app is useless if we can't get past the preview/tutorial overlay on initial load. The tutorial overlay freezes while loading and you can't access any part of the screen to close it. I note someone else has reported this problem too so clearly it is not unique to my phone. Please fix or remove the overlay so the app is usable. The sooner the better. Thanks. New update same issue. Clean reset phone doesn't help. Running a Droid Turbo 2 if that helps.
Fingerprint and pin log in does not function correctly on multiple devices tested. Full credential log in is also temperamental. Very frustrating when necessary to create tickets quickly.
This app is so buggy , it frozen on startup and I tried everything I can clean cache and uninstall and reinstall nothing work.
Requires mfa to log into and like other nable products this is buggy at best and broken most of the time, throwing up errors or requiring multiple logins. Can't create a new client as you can't select the service item so you can't save the customer, this all needs to be done on a webpage. Was hoping for more, very poor product with good potential, needs another 3 to 5 years development.
