very bad app, when you try to book tickets it will debit the cash but the tickets will not be booked, and customer care number is always busy, sometimes if they attend also neither money nor tickets will be refunded, totally waste, its better to use paytm or redbus app to book the tickets, totally watse, stop downloading this app. totally waste
Amount has been successfully debited but ticket was not booked. Please treat this as high priority and resolve the issue. If you return the money I'll book new tickets. Please respond as soon as possible today. Thank you.
If you want to lose your money try this app. They had keep this app for looting more money from passengers. At the end your money will be debited and no ticket will be booked. You will be having nightmare to get the refund.
Bus ok. But they start from kalasipalayam which is worst stop I ever seen. Just a hell. They cancel your bus without informing you. Change the seat without your concurrence. Usually 1hr delay but today 2 hrs delay experienced. I'll never book this transport again

I have booked ticket and amount has been deducted but the ticket is not booked . I didn't get refund amount also.I am calling the customer service but there is no proper response.
Economic way of booking...
have some serious bug on ticket booking.. dev team must resolve it. due to that bug i have affected but they have fully refunded my money.. good service.. thanks mss
Always first transaction getting failed and amount getting debited. Not happened on e or twice happening Everytime

Their app is very good but thebus ( Mercedes Benz Multiaxle ) is the worst maintained bus. Never taking care about the vehicle maintenance. I booked Erode to Chennai two times (to my son working in Chennai) 10 days before it was breakdown in perundurai and cancelled and refunded. Today Tyre problem and running very late On both days my son took leave. Employees , please take wise decision.

Worst experience happened for me. I have installed this app and was tried booking tickets for my family. When it came to payment page, entered card details and taken me to payu page and deducted amount from my bank. But tickets are not booked. Called mss support koyambedu, did not get any help. So far didn't receive my money back. Worst experience ever. MSS please return money.
