MSU Mobile

Still plagued with multiple bugs and glitches that cause a lot of issues in usage (failure to reload, error message in mobile transfer despite going through, can't open fpx sites, login failures, etc.). Had to reinstall multiple times to get it to work. Will be a great companion for MSUrians once it is refined.

It's a great app but has some grammatical error, my advice on this issue is that please don't use Malaysian English, use UK or US english. Also please don't use the exclamation mark because 1.) it makes you sound threatening, 2.) are you screaming at the students?, be professional. Furthermore please allow us to backspace, i mean i didn't think that is impossible or anything, its just backspace, it's literally in the keyboard for us to "backspace", and as always don't use Malaysian English.

1. Lots of spelling and grammar error 2. No login through gmail/email? Should be there since students already registered their email when they registered as a student. 3. I have Tapay already, how must I connect it to my Tapay account? 4. Damn you really like the wording big eh? (Make the font, image smaller. Some images are cropped out of the screen. Not very phone friendly imo) 5. For future ideas (maybe you can add eklas in it as well?) Just my 5cents on this app. Thank you.

This app is quite useful. But still have a lot application need to improve such as provide class timetable, student can check their exam result, what are the activities coming up and etc. I suggest the developer research on other university app such as Taruc, Taylor uni or inti uni to come out with some ideas in order to make this app become superior app.

Unable to login. I tried many combinations of username and password but to no avail. There is no option for forgotten password and no option for me to reset the password. Kindly assist. Thank you.

The interface looks so outdated, is like an app that is made a decade ago. Functionality wise it lacks a lot of must have options, very incovenient. Is this even an app?

Thank you so much MSU. I know how hard for everyone who involved, to make this great application. Design just nice and user friendly. For those who cant register or have any problem, better you all go to their booth. Because i also got some problem when i want to registered. Then they guide me how to use this app. I know, most of MSU student just ignore their booth and a bit arrogant. Just come to their booth and tell your problem. Without MSU Mobile, students cant scan for their attendance. 😌

cannot register after mistakely click back button. i didnt receive any sms code after i click send sms code. then i mistakely click back button. The interface too long until i cannot see two buttons at below.

I entered my correct IC number and Student ID. Filled everything else in as well. But when I press check, it says theres a problem in the parameters of IC and Student ID. Even though I entered it correctly. Can someone help me out?

Please put also the 'forget password' thing. As I cannot log in eventhough I entered the correct password already.

guite good except 1. once you enter wrong alphabet you can't delete it 2.the button are missing sometimes

Please make this more user friendly if it is going to be compulsory. I can't even register let alone use it.
