MTA Bus Time

Was fine, but map now malfunctions. Developers, please fix it. Personally, I don't use the information about how many minutes or stops away a bus is located. I use the map. But currently, and for the past I don't know how many months,, the map fails to display streets. As such, the app is drastically less useful to me.

I've been using this app on a daily basis for the past few years and it suddenly stopped working ... It kept saying to check the internet connection. I figured maybe it wanted an update so I tried that and it changed to something else altogether... Please restore the original Bus Time app right now!

This app is not practical The Bus Time app included in your Weekender is 100% easier and faster to use. Showing the bus route in a list and the bus icon next to the stops where the bus is at, is all we need to quickly at night, especially for elderly, or those who don't like to read figure out when to expect the bus. This app requires that we specify a specific stop, that is not needed, unless, if it that is just for MTA to get more information about the users.

This app has worked only intermittently, get stuck a lot, and doesn't recognize internet connection if you search more than one bus. Used to have to close and reopen, lately it doesn't work at all

I mainly use this app for the express buses. The app is only correct on the weekdays, and not all the time. On the weekends, a lot of the time it will say "1 stop away" or "approaching stop" and ther is no bus in site.

I used this app for years without an issue. Recently, it has been saying something went wrong check your internet. My phone would be on 5 bars. Dont think it's an internet issue. Have to uninstall the app due to this.

The app completely stopped working and has been non functional for several days now. It tells me there's a problem with my internet connection, but all other apps work just fine. Useless.

This app was my to go app for my bus times and it helped me with time management. all of a sudden I have seen a few of my stops on the bus no longer listed and now it's not even working anymore. Please fix this app.It was a 5star rating but now it drops to a 1 star rating

Please fix the app. I loved it - until a few weeks ago when it started showing a pop up of - something went wrong please check internet connection. - This was by far the best bus app, so please fix it.

What happened to the app. It was working last week until Thursday. Friday message saying check my internet. My internet is fine. See that another user is having similar issues. Developers can you please fix, Thanks. Need another transit app to get me around. Will be moving on to Movit. This is another great app in the mean time.

Older version seemed better. This one has less than stellar interface. Confusing as to which way the bus is traveling relative to your stop.

Same experience as everyone else. "Check internet". PLEASE FIX THIS!! The other apps aren't as user friendly and don't let you save a favorites list.

"Can't connect to the internet. Check your settings." 24/7? Are you kidding me? The myMTA app is superior. Worse, when it DOES connect, _I_ get "Invalid Bus Route".

Damn. I guess the COVID cutbacks are real. This use to be the best app and now all of a sudden it no longer works and there's not even anyone responding to people's frustrations. Hope you guys fix it soon. But hey, what can we expect for free right?

Please fix this app. It stopped working on 12/14/20. It states something went wrong, please check your internet connection, which works fine. I've never had any problem with this app,until now.

Useful, but explain to me why is it that when I want to know the arrival time of, for argument's sake, the B15 I also get times for the Q10. Makes as much sense as a screen door on a submarine or a bucket with a wire mesh bottom.

Really badly written app. Does not recognize the intersection 10 seconds after it translates the 6 digit stop code to an intersection. Seems like someone's first "coding challenge."

I generally like this app its pretty on point time wise however I really wish detours would be posted on the app so I don't have to wait at the bus stop for over 20 minutes for a bus that was supposed to be there in 5...

This app is rarely right. I understand NYC traffic is a pain, but at least the app should be remotely close to how long you have to wait. Get it together please.

Not working for a few months now. Not sure what's going on because the bus time web site works. The app was easier to use when it worked

The app stopped working all of a sudden, when it decides to work, it keeps telling me to check my internet. Won't use it again

The timing is terrible. it anounces a bus 3 miles away when is one passing by. I have missed several buses due to this lack of accuracy.
