Ever since the last update with the duo. It runs extremely slow and you can not access all the content as before. Such as the pick board
If there's an option for 0 star I would do that, MTA is wasting our hard-earned money on nerds, so called I. T. Dept, even with authentication with so called DOU it's still not working, and after about 30 to 40 seconds it say device not connected to internet, at least they are doing 1 thing right to blame others.

Horrible. This app use to be great. Now it's just not working
No longer working. It gave false excuse of no internet connection by device when there is connection.
Since the beginning of December 6th, I have been unable to log into the application. Usually, the app is somewhat useful, if annoying to midnight employees, being unable to see more than one day forward, but now it is entirely useless.
Ok so is this app available or what because nothing is happening it keep saying no longer available 🤷🏽♂️
Can't long in i changed the password and either time out or says no internet connection when there is one

Per usual the operators are the jacka$$es that cry the loudest about the most insignificant things. This app isn't designed to replace the portal found at your depot but rather a quick way to check basic things in your personal portal. As is, it works great.
Since the new update around mid-April, the app won't let you log in. Before the new update, this app worked great! Please update the app so that it can be used, its useless if I can't log in!!!
Good app for what it's worth. You can see what your schedule is a day forward. It will show you the job you work, but if you need a supplement for an x4xx,6xx, job you need to go to the full website.
For those saying that they can't log in with the new update, uncheck the "remember me" box. You'll be able to log in that way.
Was going on its not working
It would be nice if this app would show when we are scheduled to pick. Other than that it's a great app
Its easy to get, i don't see any problems at all. The webb developers did a good job
This app is for employees only , and not for passengers or those who ride the subway , busses . Thumbs down 👎👎👎👎
Great App... This cuts out us having to call Crew or IVR for lots of stuff! And you already know what's it like to have to call Crew!......
Its good for MTA employees when it works. I see they recently added some new features.

Just got an email from the MTA , Telling that the MTA insight is available now with duo app , you need to download the duo app then you need to call the server to activate it , then I keep trying to log in but every time it says Log in failed, Timeouterror : Timeout has occurred Is very annoying 😒 🙄 😑
