TO ACTIVATE THIS APP IN YOUR DEVICE

- You need to login MTB Internet Banking.- Click from menu Profile Management-> Activation Request For Mobile Application.- Enter the device name and login password.- You will receive the activation pin to your registered mobile no through SMS.- Open the MTB Smart Banking Android Apps from mobile and enter the user id, password and activation pin (for the first time only).

Many thanks for this major update. Other transfer options were much needed. However, there is a bug I think in this update, it's showing no credit card available. Please solve ASAP. Update on 08 Nov '20: The current version is just awesome at the first look. Thanks a lot. However, one problem I found is that, the details are not showing in the transaction details, which is very important and in earlier version it was showing.

For the last few weeks, tried several times to activate my account but "cannot be proceeded right now" error showing up everytime. Called several times to contact with helpline, but they told me it is temporary and would be solved by now. But, the problem still persist.

I am not happy using this apps, it looks very poor apps. I cannot see debit and credit transaction. Not showing transaction details i.e. from where purchase occurred, we can't se also rewards points, also not available supplementary cards limits, etc. I am also using other banks apps there I can see all the mentioned information. Hope admin will take it and update the apps accordingly and we can see all the nessary information of accounts or credit cards. Thanks

It was a good app, but last few days it is not loading all services properly, continuously showing error. Not loading my credit card information at all. Finally internet banking operation comes as necessary to use such features. Please fix the bugs. Edit after developer's comment: No improvement at all, still unable to load credit card information.

Overall Apps functionality is quite good, but there are some severe issues, I was unable to transfer fund to other bank through Apps as well as couldn't find the bKash payment option where as some fourth generation banks incorporated this option already into their apps, got some problem with mobile recharge option as well, please fix those things for better client satisfaction.... The worst performing apps in the banking sector. I paid my credit card bill as 24.06.2021 but it shows I paid on 27.06.2021. At this moment I do not find my card in the apps. If I wish to add than it shows already registered. . I have spoken with call centre several times. As per their suggestions I have uninstalled and than installed the apps several times but no improvement was observed.

After installing app, when I went to register, I was not able to do it. I inserted my account number, debit card number & then one time OTP. After that when I fill up all the necessary box including my email, user id, password it wont simply proceed to next page when i pressed ok. There is a failed sign beside my mobile number. The number is correct, I have been using this number for mobile banking with this account from the beginning. Kindly help me on this issue please. Why can't I register?

Need finger print login in this app. Please take initiative, also try to add balance transfer to others mfs like rocket,nagad etc. Another thing is, there are no option to delete or edit beneficiary info in fund transfer section. I have put wrong account number first time for fund transfer, but now i cant edit it nor i can't add it again with same info!! Please fix it.

Totally useless. Many option are not working while clicking automatic log out occurs. This app is only made for see the balance otherwise it is useless. Try to improve your app. Otherwise you will lose your reputation.

This app is good but with minimal basic services. Would be better if you can implement different service request (positive pay instruction, cheque book request, card block, airport meet & greet, mobile/email address change, foreign part enable/disable etc) through your app.

I must say very good UI/UX. as usual some problem exist after the new update. i can't be able to pay my credit card bill from my regular account. it will be great if you can hire a tester before launching the new updates. of test again and again from the test server before launching. for better ui/ux one star increased.

My complain is "I couldn't use your Apps "MTB SMART BANKING" after updating on 01 Jun 2020. It's showing "This device is rooted. You can't use this app" when I am trying to Login" Your reply is "Version 3.0.0 not supporting ROOTED device. Please UNROOT your device" How can I UNROOT my device? My device is 'Samsung Galaxy Note 9', brought from Abroad. Please Help.

Frequently after log in, I donโ€™t find my credit card information and it says to add credit card again and again. It also takes long time to fetch account information which becomes annoying sometimes.

Mtb online banking is competing with other Banks. So far, Happy with their service, Online banking is more or less smooth. App User interface can be a little bit more user friendly, But good what it has now.
