Can't signup. The app says "Provided information does not match our records." Of course it doesn't when I'm trying to "sign up"!!. Very disappointed. 1/5/22- Same issue. Obviously this app isn't supported. Don't waste your time installing.
I had a ton of trouble setting up first time access because the emails were just not going through. Word of advice - don't set up your account on the weekend because for some reason the dozens of password reset requests I kept sending eventually flooded my inbox on Monday... I had to spend a while on the phone waiting for the help desk, but Faruk(sorry for any misspell) was very helpful and got my account fixed on the back end and I thankfully was able to log in. Horrible system, great helpdesk.
Neither the app nor the website work. They take a long time loading. Every time I enter my username and password it tells me they are wrong, to tap it off it was a hussel to sign up. It is just Terrible!!! Should give no stars.
Impossible to register. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a number of times but always the same message "provided information does not match with our records. Please try again" Pity. It seemed like exactly the app I was looking for.
Couldn't even sign up! Said my records don't match, but Ib don't have any records to match. Tried signing up online, wheel just kept spinning. Online there are a ton of bad reviews I didn't see. Don't even waste your time.
This is the worst app I have ever used. It tells me my username or password are invalid. They aren't, but I click "forgot password" anyway. I am sent a temp password, enter the app, change my password, get a message that the password reset is successful, get kicked out when I try to access my info, and when I enter the new sign-in info, I am told the username or password is invalid. Life is too short to be bothered with this repeatedly.
Terrible app. Won't allow me to register or sign up, and instead instructs me to contact my doctor's office. Shows you how much hospitals are willing to invest in their patients instead of padding their own bottom lines. Pay a real dev to create a working app!
Doesn't work. Registering times out and trying to get to their website won't work as it is not accessible.
Was told to download the TALKPHR app instead. And have the same problem. I know my user name and password aren't invalid because I was on the site 2 minutes before, logged out and the vicious cycle of "forgot password" starts all over again.
This app has had the same issue with registration (error message: "Information does not match our records") for 3 YEARS. It is not fixed; do not bother downloading it.
Useless..... keeps telling me to install other app. Keeps making me restart password because current stops working. Requires you to use special symbols for password while is preventing you from using them at the same time.......
I'm pissed off my bank account said something is pending I didn't make any payments like I wished I could. Also was not able to log in after several attempts to sign up for the app . This seems like a scam
QR code provided in bill didn't work, so I just decided to download the app instead. "Can't create an account." Guess I'll write a check and send it by mail with a stamp... 🤷🏻♀️
I was able to sign up, but every option that I choose its states "Access denied, contact doctor's office.". I did just that, but the doctor's office doesn't know anything about it. Useless.
It let me enter my email address only, never created a password then i could not login i try to reset a password but never got the temporary password in my email. Not a good app. Do not use it
Can't login from the website or app. Won't accept saved password, won't send reset email, won't let me create a new account. "Doctor's website is not available"
Uninstalled I tried to sign up and it says that the info I put in does not match records & I couldn't get passed the errors in sign up to use the app.
Straight up doesn't work. Tells me that my account was already registered, used the forgot password link, never sends the temporary password.
Tried to sign up, and I can't get the temp password........ Hence now have to change to different doc, because I will never be able to access medical records with this.........

Hard to signup you can't type in your birth date instead you have scroll 100+ times. If you have arthritis that hurts.
Hard to navigate to last line when trying to sign up. Will not allow me to go to phone number

This app creator doesn't know even the basics of signing up for a new account. When i am trying to create a new account it says "Provided information doesn't match with our records. Please try again." that means our records not available on their servers. They don't know that new account creators can't have records in any portals.
