I love this app & use it daily, several times a day! It makes paying bills & transferring $ so easy! After I get paid I like to transfer my funds to savings & then transfer to chkg as needed so it get used A LOT!! It transfers instantly & doesn't cost anything to do it! Allowing me to do this protects my $ if anything fraudulent is taken out or tried to take out bc all my $ is in savings & the purchase would be declined. This app is a must have!

Login is difficult because the program rejects your attempt if you make a typo and hit the back key or click the X to clear and start over. Very frustrating that you can't just save your password.

Very friendly and fast

Issues fixed with fingerprint scanner app is easy to navigate and very useful. I can do pretty much anything on the app that I can do from a PC.

Truly professional, and easy to use. I think some of the things available online should be available on the mobile app.

This is an awesome app

So far the app has been able to let me do my banking from home. The mobile deposit is awesome. So far no issues and hoping to be smooth the rest of the time I use it.

Super app, great job. There were some minor annoyances with the app before, but a recent upgrade fixed them for me.

I have received friendly and speedy service. MTC has given me opportunties that have enriched my life as well as .raised my credit scores. I encourage everyone to give them a try. My banking experience only gets better! Thanks MTC!!

Can not get password to stay. I have spent 4 days trying. My PC works right but this mobile app is giving me a super hard time. I don't receive my call backs from MTC so now I'm stuck in drive thru waiting and let's see if they can help. Open bk up ur doors please or answer and return calls would be a great start. We do our part, I was told not enough man power to answer phones. I would be more then happy to lend a hand to help you...

The app is great, but Beside what this app is already using, the update will take 21MB more space and how more next time? Those are some reasons we end up getting new phones which are normally not needed. Nooooo way. I uninstall and use the web

Never had any issues, only thing that would be nice is if we could see credit card statement on app. All else is well!

I like the app but it takes way too long for a mobile deposit to post and part of it is held for two days. Very inconvient.

We've been with MTC for 30+ years. They are wonderful! I've only just begun to use the mobile app, but so far it's typical of the service we're used to!

Can't access 😔 Ever since upgrade it sometimes wont allow me to open due to security feature. very horrible...I need access to my account

Was great but the bio login feature quit working. Uninstalled & reinstalled, recognizes thumb print, just doesn't accept it.

This is a great app. I love being able to view our account at anytime. I also love the deposit option.

Love having the convenience and knowing that it's always up and working! Very easy to use.

Cannot seamlessly access bank and credit card, makes no sense to have to log in with different credentials.

I have never had any complaints with MTC their customer service is exceptional i have always been greeted by people smiling and eager to help me.

I've used this app for over a year now. It is all I need to do banking on the go. I've never had any problems with it and I use bill pay. 👍

The app keeps closing about a minute after I open it, even if I'm actively using it.

Love the app but would like to see the purchase on my credit cards. Other than that its the best

I love the savings account, I can switch back and fourth, I hate the extra fees for atm withdrawal, wish they had atms everywhere :)

Love my MTC, love the my MTC app, it's easy to navigate and everything is in place where it needs to be.
