Your app keeps telling me "Blackberry absolute already subscribed" and i tried 10 times to use Aweh O Yeah and it doesn't want to work, it takes very long to get data. Make sure that your app works properly before making it available to the public for installation
This is the worst app ever. I can't sign up. I can't go anywhere. It's just useless. Try to improve by including features like transfer data,airtime etc
app takes really long and 7 out of 10 times doesnt work if you are purchacing data. By the way, mtc data is starting to become a rip off cause it almost never works. while having my data on constantly mtc cant provide more than one Gig of data in a weeks agony of trying to finish a 3gig bundle. cant access youtube or google before 10p.m.
Every time I select the data bundle, as I am post paid customer with credit limit, it will say Sorry try again. I am trying to get bundle half the amount of credit limit still it is same. Tried ten times since yesterday but it is same. Sent msg to customer service, no reply.
Not good. Its rare that I can activate aweh on the first time. All going well until the sms with my pin, then it just says something went wrong, try again later. Which is bs. Cause whatsapps keeps coming and so i must add another recharge of 10 or 15 to be able to select my aweh which i know will last a week. So where it should have been 50 bucks from the start its now 70/80/90 bucks. This is really bs.
Used to work ok, but now seem to have same problem as everybody else. Just keep on loading forever. Thought you need it to access Aweh products, but found out you do not need it! Just dial*682#. So, good-bye app!!
Literally the only thing I'm able to do in the app is change my name and log out. Doesn't even show my balance or give any of the supposed functions. Tried clearing app data and reinstalling, nothing works.
App has not been working this whole week. Just keeps on loading when opening app. When is this getting fixed or working app launched? My wife has the same problems. You should rethink this app, maybe start from scratch with new one.
Like they said below. Was quick and easy once to check balance, but useless now. Unable to even give feedback on the feedback section.
This app is trash, if you have pre-paid and want to update your aweh, there's always a problem saying something went wrong. I've seen numerous people complain about the same thing for a long time and nothing has been done to correct the problem.
In terms of everything else its useful, I just find it so frustrating that I wana buy data reason being I DONT HAVE DATA but inorder to use this app I NEED which I don't have at the time. Please fix that if you haven't already done so.
Constantly loading and didn't even accept my number saying "Not a valid MTC number", come on developer! This app has around for a while now, why not fixing it up. Remove it from Play store if you can't maintain it.
Always eating up my airtime when I open this app! Don't download it pls save yourself! I was even using WiFi but it decided to eat up my money for some reason stop this💩 definitely uninstalling and upgrading to tn mobile where the customer's needs are respected!
The app stopped working. Cant sign in. When you open the app...it shows loading...and thats that. Nothing more nothing less. Please fix the problem.
Very poorly done app, can't buy aweh o-yeah, keeps giving the same invalid code error while it sent you the code. Mind you i cant even get a pin if I try using the website for aweh o-yeah, meaning you can't buy aweh o-yeah anymore? App doesn't function well.
Its failing to open. Its been loading for 2hours. I uninstalled and reinstalled a new one. Still giving the same problem. Useless app
the amount of times I've tried purchasing my data plan and the amount of times it constantly says SOMETHING WENT WRONG!Is ANNOYING! Fix your app MTC! IT DOESN'T ACCEPT ANY PIN! FIX YOUR APP!!
Does not work. It says connection to server unsuccessful. And then crashes as soon as you open.
Constantly "loading". It was supposed to make it easier for me to buy credit but now it's just become a nuisance. Please fix this, MTC
I sometimes struggle to register for 'Aweh oh yeah' because a funny error always comes up . Then I'm stuck with loaded credit that quickly disappears when I use the internet
Somehow I can't open the application. Just keeps o loading. Tried to delete and install it again and it didn't work.
It does not work i doesn't show my balance And it was supposed to make things easier like registering aweh,transferring data ,airtime and so on
MTC App not opening up. Cannot buy airtime as it keeps on "loading.....". Please help as it does not want to even close down.
Worst app ever, rarely ever works, always has issues. I do not recommend this app at all. Wish I could give it zero stars.
What happened to a perfect app. Cant even do a Balance Overview. I prefer Aweh Oyeah. But the app cant seem to work properly. What am i doing wrong?
If you guys can add the feature of where i can do payments for wi-fi. I will most certainly use this app each and every day.
having trouble exiting the latest version, its keep on asking if want to exit no matter how many times i said yes its still the app open.
it keeps telling me something went wrong and to resend the pin for aweh o yeah. I had to try 12 TIMES nd it STILL didn't work. Very bad experience will be deleting it and not recommending it, seeing as the app works when it wants to.
