MTEFCU - Mobile Banking

The finger print option doesn't work and the app closes as soon as I open that setting. Would be better if you could just set up a pin to open the app rather than having to enter your password everytime like you're on a computer

Very simple layout. Easy to use. Nice to be able to deposit a check without even leaving your home, especially during the stay home executive order!

Wish I could switch accounts at login and use fingerprint to login to either account. I have to enter password if I toggle a different account than whichever it defaults to. Please have the fingerprint prompt after user selects which account they want to login to if they have more than one. I have to press cancel at fingerprint prompt if I want to switch, which disables the biometrics for the current login.

Check Deposit Issues, The app is saying the amount I enter for the check is not accurate and wont start the process for a human to even verify somewhere. mtefcu no longer has any shared credit union branches and I have to mail my check. Which will be 3-5 days and then wait some magical amount of time for the funds to be released which is based on whatever the teller decides, not the amount. Disappointed in the app and credit union.

I don't know why it did not work. Must be the application developers fault. LOL The new and improved upgrade/changes were not "fully tested" with "a real live customer account" before "someone" decided to release it. Who was the developer and the people responsible for this??? Curious customers would like to know.

Great app. I love being able to check my balance from my phone and Mobil deposit and what not. Never had any issues with it.

The app says there's a required update and directs to Google Play, but there is no update and I can't access my account, even though I've reinstalled the app.

Great service. Just switched phones and i had forgotten my password and the teller at the bank was very helpful and got me back on the app in a few minutes

Does what it says on the tin. No bugs and an actually simple interface.

Works well. Sometimes have to kill the app and open back up if certain functions aren't working

Doesn't work any more. It used to work fine but now it says that I need an update and it won't download or work at all.

Changed entirely and difficult to navigate.

it's a little clunky and viewing/paying between accts is more difficult than the it was with the Wells Fargo app.

Easy to navigate and makes banking easier when you can't get to the bank.

Used to work no problem. Now the new update just changed that. Can't use at all. Uninstalled.

We have appreciate the convenience and ease of this app for several years now!!

Great app but I would be nice to be able to my account number anywhere inside the app.
