MTG Cards Info

I'll give this its five star review back after I see it has fixed the issue it is having. The tcg price links are broken on everything. It always says "error retrieving price" and won't open tcg anymore for quick purchases for decks I'm building. That's primarily what I used this for. To easily wishlist cards to buy for decks at a later date. Can't do that anymore. Until this happened with the last update it was the best app for mtg.

I used the app to keep a list of cards that I need to buy and this one delivers. Very useful. I don't use the life counter since I always bring a notebook when I join tourneys but it is a plus.

Really like the app. Could be improved by options to redistribute decks (by names, or just by deciding to move them up/down the list). Also the "opening hand" option would benefit from additional options to simulate a playtest (maybe a press and hold option on the card to indicate where it would be [battlefield, graveyard, exiled, bottom of deck,etc]). But that's all nickpicking. The app isgreat.

Absolutely love the app. Must have taken forever to make. Wish I had it many years ago. So much functionality and information about the game. I especially love all the card- specific rules questions answered in a very clear manner. Definitely my go- to whenever I want to deck build or scout out what a classic fantasy deck of mine might cost.

The app is a good database but falls short in a few areas. 1. the prices on its in app checker are always wrong. 2. when you select "multicolor exclude unselected colors" it still shows you cards that use the selected colors and more. like if i wanted to see only red, white and blue spells it gives those plus 4 and five color spells aswell. 3. it shows every itteration of spells so if something has been printed 20 times good luck searching for what you are originally looking for.

My number one choice for mtg apps. Every new phone I get, this app is automatically on my list to install first. Not only showing cards and text, but also rules and TCG pricing. Also the search specificities are wonderful, makes deck building much easier, with keyword searches and a "no duplicates" option to filter your searches, not to mention specific wubrg filters, man, you'll never find a better alternative to the Gatherer website. Plus, it's free.

for the most part this app has been just about perfect. easy to search, deck creation is simple amd straight forward, and new sets get updated reasonably quickly after release. With the release of 3.6.1, however, I've noticed that tapping on any card name in a deck brings up the image of the first card listed. edit: bug seems to be fixed in 3.6.2

Really handy app for research, deck building, and browsing cards from all throughout Magic's Histroy; my go-to app for long train rides or quiet moments. If anything could be improved, I'd say I really miss being able to sort things by Color. Alphabetical and by Set are cool, but I like to color coordinate.

I absolutely love this app. It helps me tremendously when it comes to building decks. One very small thing I would like to see added is a way to sort your favorite cards. It can be a be a hassle trying to scroll all the way down to the bottom to find one specific card.

I've tried other programs, and the simplicity of the app is it's greatest strength. Loads fast, can link to tcgplayer for purchases. Only negative is super minor, unique versions show up with an error instead of a tcg link. Again ultra minor.

This app used to be 5 stars, but the new UI is counterintuitive and ugly and there have been no moves made to improve it. And now it looks like there's no update coming for the newest set. So sad, seeing what was such a great app fall so far.

Pretty good, slow to update, no colorless search function, doesn't update old cards, can't seem to copy lists made in app to other programs, etc.. Otherwise very happy, easy to use.

Excellent, but Decks/Collections can't be properly exported according to the standard format. Also it'd be great if you could watch and easily modify decks, in a view similar to the sets view

Absolutely amazing. Ive tried a lot of apps that allow me to search for cards. This one hands down is the best I've used. Ill never use another one after this. Every set, every card, even prices. Amazing job. Keep it up

i updated the app, and for some reason i used to be able to search via text, but now i can't search with this at all. Name and type work, but text doea not. Anything in the search bar for this causes it to find no cards. if i search "mana pool" i come up with R and D's secret lair from unhinged. No other options are selected and in fact have been turned on the off to verify they are off. any ideas?

Great app with all cards. Would be great if you could add a filter for "current standard". Have not played in years and no clue what cards are standard.

Latest update seems to have deleted all my saved deck lists ***this was promptly fixed in an update about a week later. Fantastic, very smooth app, and a useful tool.

You can only search one set at a time. No way to search all sets. Also, some of the filter options make no sense--it's just a letter with no explanation of what it means.

I love the ui. And all the features. Wish the deck import feature used a standard import format. I would love to move decks from other deck builders to this app as well as export to other apps.

The app is great!!! one minor bug I'd like to bring to light, though: the WAR uldate has screwed with the Standard cardpool search. It has Ultimate Masters as Standard legal, and Guilds of Ravnica seems to have been booted out as well. Just wanted to inform the people, just in case this bug hasn't been caught by anyone else.

Amazing app if you play magic. It can be overwhelming at first but its truly a very organized and well thought out app. The iOS version is no where near as good so even though I'm forced to use an old android it is well worth it! Feels like a pokedex tbh...

I used this app to build decks all the time (its moat useful in that aspect in my opinion). But it seems this latest update made it impossible to do that. I may re-download after its fixed.

The best app to search for cards. i will give 5 star when you could search for more than 1 set of words, and when you add colorless to the colors filter

Great resource and deck building app. Has rules for each card in the card details. You can filter search results bt format (standard, modern, etc).

Clean and easy searching. Exactly what I want without any waste. Displays cards in a clean fashion and short loading.

Best place to build and store decks! Great search tool to find cards and often detailed "ruling" text to answer some questions that may arise while browsing.

Wish they would update sooner, but otherwise perfect. Informative, good search function, never found any errors in card transcription
