RehearScore is a great app. Everything works the way it is supposed to. In a recent summer musical, we used my phone in the rehearsal room, and our show iPad on the stage. The iPad version had newer features than the android version and many of the iPad features were very helpful. I hope that future updates are the same and will include the same features. Other than that, I love how great it is.
This is a great app, but please add buttons for next and previous measures. This was easy to do when it was a computer program, but almost impossible to do mid song with this app. The slider is almost unusable to select a measure since it is so touchy, and to try to type in a measure in the middle of a song is not practical. The addition of next and previous measure buttons would correct this problem. Please add.
The app version is very restrictive and limited compared to the previous laptop version, which I understand is no longer available. Features such as assigning different voices to different parts are missing. The ability to adjust the volume of individual parts seems to be missing, at least in the Android version. No display of the songs progress. Very disappointing.
Great first attempt, MTI! I'm glad this is finally a thing. My biggest issue is that I have to tap my phone what feels like every 5 seconds to keep continuous playback while I'm rehearsing, say, while washing dishes for example. This is an important step forward, but I'm anxiously awaiting the next round of improvements.
The mobile version has removed so many important features from the original laptop: -can't give different vocal parts each their own patch sound -can't control the balance of parts on the Android version -no metronome click for steady beat I've never heard of a great piece of software having features removed, rather than added. Ridiculous! This will be the last time we elect to purchase this tool as part of an MTI license. Rehearscore has unfortunately gone from must-have to useless.
I used it last year and worked perfectly! But now, there's no sound producing. My sound and ringtone are up. Nothing is muted, and the music plays from earbuds and a speaker. It's not coming from my phone speaker. Can anyone help?
The iOS version has per-voice volume controls. For the most part, iOS vs. Android development is on parity these days, so that's disappointing. This is exacerbated by the fact that the voices all using a piano sound, making it difficult to distinguish.
This looks like a great app for actors in a musical. However, I don't see all the features listed in the tutorial, such as the sliding bar to adjust the volume of different voices.
Me and my classroom were able to do our play with this app. Also, the only way you can get songs is if your school is doing a show and gives you access to the songs. :)
App keeps crashing. I cant even get the link to invite my cast. Unreliable. How am I supposed to be able to use this when it keeps crashing?
It is a very nice and easiest app to use and it has some very good features and over all it is a generally kid friendly cool app!!!
A lovely app! Helped me learn my part for a musical in just under 2 weeks!
Pretty good but I'm wondering when the android app will get the volume on the parts feature that apple products have?
Has helped me in extraordinary ways, wouldn't have performed as well without it.
great app helps me practice for my musical that I'm in
The memories from this app bring tears. Wonderful.
crashed my laptop every time i opened it
Traumatized because of it. Don't recommend
doesn't have YoungBoy so obviously it's a 1 star
this app is sooooo good
Amanda is not here!
I love it
I have been having issues with the app shutting off every time my phone shuts the screen off. I haven't found a solution as of yet to make this work. Update: I had to add a program called Screen Alive to keep the screen on while working. This has helped. I would give 5 stars if only this part worked. I am not sure if it is the fault of the app though.
