Works relatively well. Even as a foreigner. Happened to me once that I activated a ticket and it just disappeared yet was subtracted from my available vouchers. Wasted two vouchers on it. Luckily I wasn't checked upon otherwise would have been a nasty discussion.
Server issues..... Downloaded the app again and again and again... This app cannot be trusted. Had no cash but luckily I could use SMS ticket... Good luck explaining to a ticket inspector that " sorry, don't have a ticket because the app is not working".....
So I wanted to download the app on another phone. It didn't work and when I opened the app on the initial phone, my monthly pass appeared with invalid, even if I have 6 days more. W.t.f. is happening?!
Why is there a log in? Why can't it just have select and pay with card or Google pay? Why is there no option for the monthly 25e ticket? No network map either. You really need to try to have such a bad app. Shame
Easy to use, has exactly what I've needed so far (set of 5 day passes, monthly pass, set of singles). I like that I can pay by Digicash.
I had to buy another phone and I couldn't validate my monthly pass for a second time. And I had this problem with my wife account too.
Does not work. Always reports server issues. Not able to buy tickets or even see the shop page.
I am trying to update the version, gives me error 506. i am trying to validade my bought ticket, doesn't allow me because I need to update. What do I do??
Worked fine. Didn't use it since public transport in second class is free in Luxembourg

There's no CityPass in the product range.
Why no first class ticket for trains? Only international tickets...

Could be fine, but then out of nowhere, you can't access your bought Tickets, can't buy new ones. Internet works, no restrictions set, still it doesn't work. Server issues ? This app is meant to access the whole country's transportation system. It can be old-fashioned, limited in options, but it CAN NOT be unstable. Plus there's the risk of paying a fine, because your app isn't working at the right time...
Not an Upgrade, but a Downgrade compared to the old app, this one feels clumsy, user unfriendly and badly designed.
This app is really poor. No first class tickets can be bought. No information about the region zones. No network plan. After years CFK and others are not able to put a proper system in place.

If i want to pay with PayPal, and if I use a password manager, I would like to "paste" my password, not type the whole thing. Not having such a simple functionality for the password box is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in an app. Made me instantly uninstall it.
