It needs to be upgraded as phones they keep upgrading them because it can not be used on android 10 and above.please I request the developer to do so that people can enjoy communicating with the loved ones most especially people who are in diaspora is useful to them.
I have been enjoying this app for the last two years upto yesterday when it started telling me that connect to the server. Maybe it needs an upgrade to fit the latest version
Webphone has up to android 8.0. You had better upgraded the app to match android 9, 10, & 11 versions cz today's devices have the latest software which seems not compatible with the webphone older version rather than falsely advising us to reinstall, check the network or change password.
You have started faking us who are using it, kindly update your system or you cancel it out openly rather than keeping on lying to check on my settings. I have been using it for more than 2 years but not receiving such kind of problem
I have been using this app for the last 2 year till last month of September got crashed I had to reinstall again after downloaded it say was built for old version of Android wondering why MTN can't notice this is a shame!
The app is extremely good and helpful especially when living abroad. The only challenge is that it is no longer on Google store. MTN has stopped issuing out its number. But the app is really good.
This app was very good on android older versions, but on Android version 9, Its terrible , hangs and keeps crashing through out. Please i have complained several times through your whatsapp and Facebook but no updates done . Try to update your app.
Guys, we thank you for the great invention, the app would be great but it needs an update. It's not compatible with the latest android version And of lately this damn app isn't working, MTN style up you guys can do better than this.
What happened to this app? Nobody responds to queries made and no updates since 2008? I had two numbers , I have been signed out on both numbers. Called customer service, was told that they still issue new numbers, visited one of the service centres in Mukono, I was told as they no longer.. what exactly is going on? Kindly respond officially. The app was great and was gaining momentum. Please restore it.
MTN web phone (Uganda) indeed is fantastic. I would have given it a five star like only that at times the app itself faults and rejects its own password coming as a technical problem. MTN Uganda, better you sort this to provide a good user interface for your clients.
Please update this app to meet the standards of android 10 and 11 software. I have been using this app since 2015 but now I can't use it anymore because it has failed to sign in. Otherwise , the application is good and helpful.
I'm very disappointed with this application It stopped working completely after I updated my phone Everyone with 2020 version phone and above don't bother to use it, it works in old version phones only
The app keeps on telling me that it was created for the old version of phones. Why can't MTN upgrade this app to be compatible for all other new generation phones ??!
Very nice app it helps me alot but you should only work on how it connects. Let it connect directly like other apps not that you have to be online for it to go through
I can't give 5 stars, I can't use on my Samsung galaxy s21 phone, it says its for older versions of android. Please MTN Uganda upgrade this app. This a new era please wake up. This app is really useful to us.

MTN need to update this app. It's really not working well with newer phones on market. Need to come up with a new version.
Nice and flexible use any where in world as long as the divice is connected to Internet or data buddle. Only that u cant use it in buying airtime for calls
Why is my number getting logged in somewhere and I can't access my account even if I use the newly sent passwords to me. All it says is.. it can't access the server.
This is the best app .it helps me connect with my people back home at the local rate. If makes life abroad easier
The app doesn't favour, it goes off at anytime n sends incorrect password or account. Help us to use it better
I've used this app for now 03yrs. It helped me a lot. Though I wasn't present but my presence was very warm and fully represented. ...thanks to the developers
Worst. I mean so worst. Update the application or let us suffer because u gained already. I don't see why u leave the app in existence and you fail to update it. It always freezes, stops and fails to respond. Mtn Uganda you cheat like NRM
The app has been working well but when android updated to 10 and 11 version the app.is no longer working so pliz updated the app to meet android standards to help.your customers.
It is the best but u just need to upgrade so that it can also work in new anoride phones well. Thanks we shall be waiting for that

I up to now failed to sign in after changing the provide password. It tells incorrect account or password. Am disappointed for that and it's very common even with many of my friends. MTN check out this issue please. I have seen others leaving old numbers and buy new ones but the problem follows them. Why is this unsolvable MTN ?
