The app does not show my bill, regardless of whether I use the "interactive bill" when I click view bill (shows nothing) or click download bill (downloads a blank pdf). This has been going on for months, and if I wish to view my bill, I must go to the website. Poor implementation of a paperless billing system. Considering the cost of cells phones in this country, they should be able to afford multiple programmers to write a program that know how to debug their work.
Nearly useless. Invariably when I log into the app, no matter how much of a credit I have on my bill it will show as an "amount" owing. I actually called to tell a rep their app had a bug, and the response was in effect, "yeah just use the website, the app never works."... 😠🤨... Way to deal with it. 🙄
Used to be really useful, but now half the features are unusable. Trying to view my interactive bill comes up blank, downloading pdf bills results in a blank 3 page document, and trying to provide feedback in the app takes you to screening questions that will not let you submit your answers. About the only thing this app is good for anymore is checking your current balance and making payment.
Absolutely terrible and useless. It did not accept my username and recovery email never arrived ( although I tried to do this many times, both on cellular and wifi. I even restarted my phone, but the issue persist.)
Absolute Garbage tells me my password doesn't work, redirects me all over can't find anything just a Disaster. Bell charges huge for their service and they can't build an app a 7 year can....
Does not work, won't let me see my bill and shows me a blank page when I select "my services". Terrible app.
Takes so long to load and just doesn't overall work smoothly. For a major company to have an app like this makes no sense. Do better.
I have been on this app for over an hour, I cant figure out what my bill is, I cant pay my bill, it keeps redirecting me. It's a mess!
Cannot view invoices and different features will do working without notice. A waste of app space, forcing you to use a browser.
This app is a nightmare. I have no idea who they are paying to make THIS app. A 5 grader can make better app. I agree all the comments below regarding problems with bill viewing and other issues with this app.
Even this app's feedback doesn't work. Almost everything doesn't work properly if at all. It would be a good app if it works as intended.
I paid off my contract and I have been waiting for my final bill for more than a month. Next thing they will send me to collections without sending me a final bill. Consumer Protection please note the scam
Usually won't work, saying it's in offline mode and I end up using the browser.
Issues issues issues...never ablebto log in even tho everything has been set & reset....maybe updates are needed on your end
Was able to submit my payment within seconds and much faster as compared to doing so online. 👍🙂
This App used to work, but this latest version does not work at all. I just can not see my bill.

Love BELL CELL PH.ONLINE.. pay bills. But wish the experience Dat can be a little longer as I get payed once a month near the end of each month..28 /29.. would be better for me to pay? Thanks
Always a good way to pay your bill
It works for checking&paying your balance. Half of the features of the app don't work well, if at all. App feedback is broken. When viewing your bill, you have to tap on the blank page to make it load. "Mailing address" should be labeled as "billing address" in your settings, since that's what the function is actually for. Not everyone's mailing address is the same as the billing address, so clarification is necessary. I expect more out of an ISP giants' app. Hopefully they fix the bugs.
