Mubeat for KPOP Lovers

It's used to be a very good voting app. However, recently I've run into numerous ad watching problem. I can watch ad just fine but it won't give me beats after the ad, just infinite loading screen and "There is a problem with the ad network in your area" error message. I ensure that nothing is wrong with my connection so please fix it.

Almost every day I set up my 6 mobile devices to log into my accounts to watch ads so I can build up my Heart beats for future voting & as of the last two days, I've started getting "Ad stopped, beats not acquired" & "unknown error occurred" even though I DID watch the ad. I've probably watched 15 ads today & gotten that error message after I watched the ad. I'm willing to watch ads but I absolutely should be getting my beats. I've restarted & reinstalled the app many times. Please fix this.

Had problems with the 3 device rule. I reset google ads when I find ads annoying and clear data to free up space so my accounts ended up being locked because the app recognized my phone as different devices. I emailed them and tho it may take more than a day, they replied and reset my accounts so now I can use them again. Thank you!

I have experienced this so many times that it annoys me. Oftentimes I have watched a 30s ad with no lag, no buffer, or any error, the audio and video are okay. But then the app says that there was an error so the rewards were not given. This is a minor inconvenience but it is so annoying. I have experienced this every day for weeks that I decided to post a review here. It is annoying. It wastes my time and ad limit in my phone. So annoying.

There is an ad by Shopee that doesn't give out any Mubeats after watching it. It just stays in an endless loop after closing the ad. 'Get Unready' by Garnier is the product in the Shopee ad.

Hello. I am able to log in in the app but the problem is the ads are being blocked. I am not able to watch ads and I have to close/refresh the app again and again to work but mostly not. And, I don't have a problem with my connection so please fix this. Thank you. Note: App is updated as always and my tablet is working well.

Hello. When I first use it to vote, it's in good condition but after just a while it's starts getting annoying. The ads are blocked! It says that I should restart the app and even I do it, nothing change either. Please, fix this I cannot vote my favorite group.

the first time i used this app from august 2021 to october 2021, it was functioning well & it didn't give me a hard time using it. but around november 2021 up to now, it keeps saying 'an unknown error occurred...' after successfully playing an ad. with this, i couldn't get the beats i should receive from watching ads.

Giving you one star for taking off Rocket Punch in the votings, while other older songs are still votable. Also your ads is getting worse, feels like I watch them 3x since it keep redoing & takes longer closing the ads.

I can't log in my 10 accounts with a content of almost 1k beats each :( imagine on how many days and hours i collected that. The reason why it can't be log in is because of that 3 maximum device per id. It should be remove and get back ALL of my beats and accounts. All my efforts are wasted because of that feature. Please i want all my accounts back🙏

I love this app because i can vote for my idols it just that when i updated it when im clicking the ads i cant watch ads its always saying that i should reset that app but i dont know how

The voting option is not showing for me :( Even when my network has no problem, it's not showing for me.I reinstalled it again,but still it's showing 'voting will be available soon'. Please do something,I am not able to vote for my favourite artists. This has been the problem since I installed the app :(

Hello. I've been trying to collect ads and the X button that I would use to close the app has disappeared. I'm watching ads and not getting the beats in return.

This app lately always unable to play ads, nothing been done to fix this issue. Lousy service.

I'm getting the same error for days now, please fix it! I watch the ads until the end just to not be awarded because some error has occurred, my app is updated.

I can't log in. It keeps saying that I've reached the maximum login limit using one ID for three devices. even though I only used that ID for one device. I have tried to contact Mubeat, but there is no response.

I don't know what's wrong with the app, but when I finished watching an ad, it didn't get counted and no beats get accumulate. It happens not only once btw. I literally spent my time watching ads for nothing. I thought I need to make an update to solve this problem but see, no update available yet. Please fix this issue because I have to vote for my idol who will be having a comeback tomorrow, thank you.

At first, I like the app because it operates smoothly and not too long per-advertisement. But recently I have been engaging some issues. 1) I haven't got beats after playing one game in tap joy and run an app in a day. 2) for getiing 3 beats, I got 1 ad keep getting longer around 30s + 5s additional but after that it keeps loading for 5s more and in the end I got a note "An error has been occured" and got nothing.

The app just keeps crashing every time I try to watch an ad now. I've updated the app and cleared my cache too. Update: it works now after the reinstall, but I wasn't able to watch ads and collect beats for that day and I'm upset about that. Wish I could be compensated, especially since my idol is in the middle of a comeback.

It is very good and I love watching my favourite k pop bands on it.

The app format and setting is as easy as it seems. The only problem I found in the app is the sign up process. I entered a valid email and password (they were both confirmed by the app as well) and I pressed "I agree to terms and conditions," and yet the app will not let me sign up. The sign up button isn't highlighted even though it has confirmed all my previous information, so I am not able to have an account.

Everything is fine. It's a very good thing that fans can now participate in live voting of Show! Music Core on this app. But it's getting harder to collect heartbeats. Mostly, it keeps saying that there aren't any ads available at the moment. It's really annoying! Sometimes, it says that I have watched all 15 ads when I haven't. Please, fix these issues! Edit: The issue was fixed quite a long time ago but I forgot to edit my review. So yeah, everything is going smooth now.

It is easy to navigate! And I enjoy using it since I can also vote for my favorite artists! But, it is not easy collecting beats through ads since the ads are mostly 15 seconds and above. Also, the time before resetting the 15 times is so long. Anyway, overall it is a good app! I do not encounter lags or slowing of the app. Also, I can split-screen it so, it's all good! Good job!

I want to like your app because I love KPop but it is a pain to watch videos in the app. It takes twice as long or even longer to watch videos that are only a few minutes long. The videos are constantly stopping to buffer. Short videos may take several minutes to get through. And lately, the videos will stop playing altogether and report a network connection fail but I'm still connected to my Wi-Fi. I don't know if you're using an outdated video player but it is frustrating.

Mubeat improved alot on the app stability during huge traffic which is good! However 1 point to improve on is their voting option, it only allow to select either 1, 10, 50 or 100 votes. If the beats on hand are in between, we have to click multiple times to cast the vote, which is time consuming. Some suggestion for Mubeat to consider :)
