Have been having trouble with putting money on the account for a month now every time I try it comes up with oops problems with the connection. They then sort it. It works 1-2 times then goes back to oops sorry.
Very bad experience with this app. My funds is stuck in it and i can't make a withdrawal. Error message keep showing each time i try to make a withdrawal..
$2,000 stuck on the app. Error message when attempting to withdraw "OOPS Something went wrong. Please try again later." Rs phone, uninstall/reinstall, updated app, nothing. Emailed support, nothing. God awful support. No live chat, no phone number to call. Poor reviews reflect my experience completely. Ticket #1090803. Lets see if support can find this review and assist.
Zero customer support. I've been trying to get a withdrawal for four days and there is no follow up emails and support does not respond to queries. The live chat on the app is also managed by a robot which is in Spanish and useless for a non Spanish speaker. Very upset
278$ stack on the app almost 2 months about message error after made a withdrawal transaction from PokerStar. they review my account and verify for the credit card i tried on the app but it was never approved even 1$ via credit card. still haven't received my money after provided a picture of those card. Disappointing that you can't even use your own money. Transactions get blocked even after providing an explanation and supporting documents. What's the point of using MuchBetter???
They are scammer. I deposited 23$ money but unable to do any transaction or withdrawal with that. Showing SOMETHING WENT WRONG. I emailed them but they are not replying also. The ticket (1093621) . I already replied to this ticket again but not reply after that
Updated the application but nothing changed can't withdraw or send money the app only allows me to deposit with no withdrawing everytime I try to withdraw the same message comes (Oops something went wrong please try again later) so disappointed and stressed

Will not verify my account, can't withdraw my money. I've attempted numerous times to verify my account, have emailed support very politely multiple times and get no response from anyone. It says account verification takes 10 minutes, but no one can seem to verify my account. I need my money and it's just sitting in some garbage app and has been stuck for over a week. I would give zero stars if I could this company is useless.
My issue has since been resolved. One suggestion maybe get back to customers quicker. Thanks for your help. Cheers. Poor customer service. Feeling ripped off by now. Loved it in the beginning until they changed the minimum for withdrawl to $400. Absolutely unacceptable to make people not able to withdraw there own money without making yet another account (western union) in order to get any funds under 400$. Absolutely sad to do that to customers that uo until that point didn't have one single issue with the app. Sad to say I went from 5**** for them to -1*. And to get the matter fixed don't hold your breath...
Generally a wonderful little app - pity about the problem on Visa deposits - very disappointing its taking so long to sort out
I cant seem to withdraw my moneym i does not work anymore. Keep saying something went wrong and i found nothing online to help me. Why use the app when you cant use your money. Not satisfied.. .. Ticket #1102168 not resolved
Much better is easy to join and use. It is quick and accessible everywhere you go. Much Better is an efficient and secure way to move and manage your money. On a few occasions I had made errors in sending funds and Much Better notified me if the error and relocated and returned my money to my account in less than 3 business days.i highly recommend Much Better over any other cccurrency transfer app. I would rate Much Better @4.5 out of 5..but I can.t show a half star
Serious bugs in app that keep reverting to requiring verification even though I have provided and had verification and previously used the app. [edit] Support replied to my review and fixed the issue and it has now done it again. How can you seriously use an app that constantly asks you to provide photo ID and proof of utility bills?
This app is scam. I withdrew through cryptocurrency and it says I would receive my coin after 30 mins to one hour... It's been 2 days now and I have not still received my coin in my wallet..... You guys should pay me now!! I have contacted support yet no response... This is absolutely fraud!!! Skrill and neteller are very much better than this app.... Scam app with nonsense support system..

My first one star rating in months but I had no choice. After installation, I spent 2+ hours walking through the app setup over and over again - when I'd press the 'Done' button to complete the process, an error dialogue popped up and to my total frustration, all data that I entered was lost and I had to start again. It also wouldn't let me pick my preferred currency, offering instead 3 currencies of no use to me. Don't waste your time folks. Garbage app!
its OK sometimes, and usually fast and consistent for deposits and withdrawals, but what really kills this app is inconsistency. sometimes an etransfer deposit takes 3 minutes, sometimes many hours. they need to step up their consistency. their support system is "OK", no way to contact them except via email and again, no consistency in their support. you are rolling the dice using this app if you are looking for fast, consistent e-transfers and support.
Have had alot of issues using this app lately. Not as impressed as when I first started using the app 2 years ago. Takes WAY longer, sometimes funds are not even sent to the intended party and it takes days to get it back. What happened to the super dependable version of Much Better?
