Great app, loved it. A must for any lean practicioner.
The so called takt time calculator will tell you accurately how many units per hour or per minute or per second however the takt time calculator does not calculate takt it calculates rate based on takt. Takt time = availible time รท by customer demand and there is no other way to calculate takt. I was hoping for a quick and easy takt time calculator so I will just use the one saved on my phone in an excel spreadsheet i made. This still gets a 3 for me until I investigate further.
