One of worst application I seen now days there is no customer support it's not updating payments on applications and not responding with emails every time asking subscription charges without completing 3 months.
Very worst app, at the beginning itself it asks to pay ₹80 for subscription. And then still showing the same page nothing new after the payment. Big scam.
Shame on such apps, if someone has an emergency need and they are engaged in processing for 20..21 days, today it has 20 days since the loan was submitted but no response from their side, used to SMS me that is a pre approved loan, you hurry, shame on mudrakwik app.
Paid my previous 2loans on time but still showing as active in cibil report and unable to contact customer care even they are not responding on mails
why do you ask for work email editos everyone will not have email without that we are unable apply for app still haven't got reply from your side simply telling that you an approved loan such an idiot we are and Rs 50 got debited and in you app transaction keep on loading and transaction status not shown again went back to payment page Same issue again in 2022 morans you eatup 80 rupees of mine
Worst customer care support .There customer executive never pick the call neither will respond you on time . It's been over 60 days now and still it is showing in process. Don't fall for them

Bad experience. The app took the money. I filled all details and applied for loan. After I got this message. What a history has to do with the sms in my inbox. Very bad. Your credit history is undetermined due to less than 10 SMSes in your inbox. Please create the credit history and re-apply for the loan.
Its a worst experience, it has been 10 days but my loan of rs 5000 cannot disbursed yet . It only showing process. Very slow service
It is crazy. They have approved my loan and showing me a repayment date but loan was never disbursed. Application shows loan was disbursed on 9th but it was not. There is no customer care to raise complaint.
Loan amount credited to my bank account at record speed!! I was really in need of some urgent money, I tried every app but always had some issue with work email id's. I tried money view, I applied on Saturday and got the money credited on sunday, they were working on a non-working day . I really appreciate that. I never faced an issue while paying my EMI's, and I got receipt everytime. App Improvement areas: Foreclosure option doesn't work, top up loan option can be improved
They are a masters who first send SMS's saying that you are pre-approved for a 15000 odd cash loan. When you download the app, it asks you to pay 80/- as quarterly subscription fee. ( first time I'm hearing this non-sense) and when you end up paying, you get a msg saying that you are not eligible for the loan. It's a complete WASTE OF TIME. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. ITS FRAUDULENT

Even paid every month subscription, loan is still processing and waste of our time
at the start all my loans got approved.... the recent one shows pending and then also shows that money is transferred to my account which I never received .. and after sending multiple emails and feedback still no revert from the lender... at the start I thought it's a good app and now after this incident I dobt think so it's a good app

Very bad experience. 2 times tried to repay my loan. 2 times money debited from my account. But in the app it is showing payment failed. I lost 2000 INR for this. Till now the debited amount is not reversed. And the loan amount is everything is same. Very poor customer service as well. Reported to bank also. Bank is telling transaction successful and bank have provided UTR no also for those two transactions ( 1000 rs each transaction on 5.12.2019). Total fraud app. Cus care no swtchd off alltime
Not able to apply for loan. It was showing some error. Tried to send then email which also said error. Thank you for your response after such a long time wherein you have mentioned ed to send the error page to your WhatsApp. No one responding since long. The services are making me believe that this app is completely waste of time and for data collection only.
Hi Team, It was terrible experience with this app.. I have paid 59 bucks and loan got approved but I didn't get to my account or any info. The app it is showing that like 1000 due amount. So even I didn't get any amount but I paid the amount with Paytm. Still the app is not updated. It too bad experience and I don't know what is going to happen with due amount.
Firstly they are taking 59 rs for registration and when i paid them, after that the page open for filling personal details, i fill it very carefully and each and everything but when i click next the pop up msg shows ''Please fill all details valid'' Then i recheck it several time but the result was same from there side. Is this a new trick of fraud
After collecting the processing fee of 100 you did not even process the loan.. it shows cancelled in the loan history every time I try to apply. Rectify it first.. Clients feel cheated. There's no prob with my credit score if your trying to bring that up now ,because other apps allow me to borrow continuously till date.
I want my refund of ₹50 that I've paid to use this app. Asking it back because first of all i couldn't even apply for a loan as it kept repeating the same errors such as, wrong address, wrong pan card number and so on. I've reentered and tried again and again but same result everytime. Hence, I need my money back. No reply from the feedback admin as well, by the way.

Never Apply for loan in this App in Emergency. It has a very delayed process for loan approval and disbursal process. Moreover customer service is very worst. Plus they charge subscription charges Rs 80/- every month instead of 3 months. I had faced multiple issues with this app and customer service is not even helpful.
