HISTORY, MEDITATING AND MUDRAS

The most well-known mudras are probably the ones performed while meditating i.e the meditation mudras. HOW TO USE MUDRA HAND OR MUDRAS YOGA IN YOUR HANDS

To use a mudra, keep it for at least a couple of minutes. It is usually more effective to do them a while longer, like 15 minutes or so. You might spread that time over the day, but you could also make it part of meditation. To perform the finger mudras, hold the finger positions with both hands, at the same time. This will have a more powerful effect than doing a mudra with just one hand.

Some mudras are simple enough so that you can even do them with your hands in your busy schedule. You can do these anywhere when you feel you need them, without attracting attention. I never knew about mudras before. I was already spiritually connected and enlightened with truth and knowledge. I could instantly feel something very real when performing mudras. My intuition has come very far in my conscious development and has become strong. It tells me that this is real. I feel as though it's a glitch or loophole in our third dimensional prison. Allowing the spirit to gather energy from other dimensions.

I didn't knew these many mudras were there. I already am practicing yoga now will also practice mudras for preventing ailments and for wisdom. Shirsasana works best for me saving time with great results for losing weight and gaining flexibility.
