It is a great initiative. But the app needs a lot of upgrades and modifications. Problems I am facing: 1. Profile isn’t updating. 2. Profile picture isn’t updating. 3. Courses incomplete! (even if I have completed each sessions of the course) Please solve these problems. Regards

It's a great initiative but need more & more optimisation. I can't log in and can't update my profile. Even i can't download my certificate. You guys can mail the certificate through given email id. It will be so nice if you fix the bugs and work on the issues given on the reviews. Good luck.

1 of the foulest apps ever. i completed 80% of an online course here (about 8 hr i spent) now before the last part it stops working & there is continuously bugs problem. Now while checking it in the browser it showed that i have to start again from the begining. what the hell !!!!!

Occasional crashes. The UI should be reworked to offer a smoother and less cluttered experience. Bugs should be fixed. Also, accessing certificates are difficult. Please look into these issues. Thanks

I was really interested about this App as it seemed to be a great initiative. But it keeps shutting down and every time I try to log in, it says "Varify your Account" but doesn’t even send a single E-mail. At the end, I didn’t get a Verification Code and couldn’t even log in.

It's the worst app I've ever seen. The app stops whenever I go to login to this app. I failed to login even after trying 10 to 15 times. Moreover, this app has failed to load all its services. I think this app still needs a lot of development. Its bugs need to be fixed as soon as possible.

This can't even be levelled as an app. The app keeps stopping within a minute after opening it. I can't register my ID through the website. It won't the verify token to my email address.. I have deadline to submit my Mukthopaath ID for my job . I've trying to resend token since yesterday. And I've yet to receive any response from the website. Very bad quality app and website. I'd rate this app in minus if play store allowed me to do that.

Had awful experience with this app. It doesnt even run most of the times! I had to clear the app data and start from the beginning again and agin! The developers just somehow developed a programme and launched it. Its very very bad

Now I can't pass quiz tests with these apps. A popup called Close App comes and closes the app. And that's why I'm slowly losing interest in it. I have given feedback many times. Working for a temporary period but again having the same problem. I want this problem resolved quickly.

When i click on videoes, it doestn't work. Some times it takes too much time for loggin. Sometimes message appears saying "unfortunately, the app is stop working ". The developers should consider our report and remake the app properly

Some problems have to be checked out (1) The server problems have to be improved. (2) The certificate of the associated course have to be prepare accurately. (3) Unroll options of the associated courses have to be there along with enroll options. (4) Sometimes contents of associated courses are correctly passed but after press the next button it couldn't respond & showing not completed the contents, it should be corrected.

Unable to use from Mobile apps & Mobile browser from last 12-13 hours. Please recommend. I had to do learning by Laptoop which is less convenient for me. In addition, Freelancing and Journalism courses were vacant. Which are relatively more applicable I think.

No doubt it's a good initiative. But still a lot need to upgrade and need to improve. it's not work properly. I can't login, can't start my desire course. Overall still it's not user friendly. plz upgrade it immediately.

Worst app I've ever used. Can't even register. They don’t send any confirmation email for registration. Crashes all the time. Good collection of courses but they should solve the problems first.

Lots of Bugs. Some Suggestions. 1. Please, Create a unenroll options. In some cases if learners need to unenroll some courses. I accidentally enroll in a course now i can not unenroll it. 2. Make this app more compatible. Such as Certificate Downloads. Certificates can be send to email addresses to the candidate. 3. Keep updating and envelope more courses. Especially for University students.

I'll put 1 out of 10. This app keeps stopping all the time. Initially I thought, my handset might create this technical inconvenience. However, it’s not stable at all rather baffles us most of time. Plz fix these problems ASAP.

This is my worst experience to use this apps. If I can I will give 0 star. I ashamed to the developer of this apps. The apps Doesn't work properly. Registration doesn’t complete, verification code doesn’t come, properly doesn’t login. If i want to login i give my email but when I touch the password option the apps close automatically. What the f##k of this apps??. If you don't develop your apps than please remove it from play store. Play store will free from dust.😡😡😡😡

What the angel you are saying you got bug fixed. 1. When I get in log in page after giving my email when I tap in password it automatically gets me on course page... I can't even give my password to log in... 2. If I want to register that also takes me to the course page.... 3. You have to make the feature that after opening at the first you have register or log in . Then I think the big will fix...

Gave this app 4 star rated because there isn't as much a source of knowledge in this country. There are many free ones that we find in the net but many of us in our country can't utilize the course of those one because of english... It may have several problems but atleast the developer tried to do something for the citizens of Bangladesh. But yes it needs a lot of improvement and I am counting on them that it will one day be a really smooth app that people will find difficult to complain about.

After enrolling three courses I had try to enroll 4th course it delete my 1st enrolled course 😠 without notifying. This is very bad I had completed of it' 80% only 3 videos left. This had to notify it. My hard work have messed up

This app is good. But I can't login & registered in this app. It can't run with nicely. I think this app has many technical problem. So I advert authority that they should sovle my & others problem if they are faced this problem. Thank You.

I don't appreciate the high budget premium features. When it comes to money it is really very difficult as a Bangladeshi. We even don't have enough afford to buy mb but how it possible to take course with high paying budget.

It is nice app. It is also effective for the students. Moreover, It is very beneficial. So, students should use this app and participate different course without any charges............ Yes we can also find new information.

I have never seen like this worst app. Because it has no well communication way with user. Have but when you will show your problem it has not been solved. I can't imagine that Government app can be like this.

Graphics Design & networking courses are just WoW... Really amazing.. Try to improve interface & make a user friendly apps...

App and website does not able to make certificate properly, I tried several times but the results become same. Developers should look after about this issues.

It's horrible! When i want to login with my details then it shows unfortunately stopped. Absolutely ridiculous! Hopefully the developer will fix the problem as soon as possible. Device - Redmi 9 (Global)

How the hell this is!!! I am trying to login or registered myself but I couldn’t. It says to check my email and to reactive my email, but the email is checked many times. What are you doing moderators?? I thought it was good but My hope has been lost
