Be careful. I paid their $60 app fee and a year later, time to pay again! Does not maintain your account so continue paying. The interface is below average, minimal at best. They suggest you can use the same app on a laptop... time to pay again. Really poor effort guys!
You have to pay $45 to use this app properly. I paid the money but have difficulty using the app. I contacted Ross, the developer and salesman and he is totally worthless and actually insulting don't waste your money on this app. V planner is the exact same app handsome developer so don't waste your time with B planner either.
After paying $45 to register the application, it regularly decides—for no discernible reason—that my phone (a 100% stock, unrooted device) is now unregistered. The developer has been unhelpful, at best. Don't waste your money.
Difficult set up. Poor directions for simple input. They dont spell out that you get billed after you already purchased the program. If I don't get set up or a refund I'll go elsewhere.
Not nice that to test a key is necessary. Hint: Ask a key after the 10 free runs or 30 days, not at the beginning.
After trying the free version and reading the feedback, I have uninstall ed it and will look elsewhere.
Great dive planner, capable of multiple settings for separate users
Easy to use. Very handy phone app.
Not free, asking to purchase when you want to use it
Why i can't purchase this app from here? Because I don't have a Visa card
Android version on tablet is pretty disappointing if you know the Windows / Mac version. They did not utilize the space at all. Usuability is pretty poor, too.
When the app works, it's great. Unfortunately, every time the app updates you have to get a new registration key from the developer.. and they don't allow more than 5. This app is locked itself again every time I'm at a dive site and actually need it.
I bough this app after a friend showed me the PC version. I'm disappointed not to have contingency planning etc but should have researched it more so my fault. After hitting calc the menu options allow adding a next dive which is infinitely better than the horrible way the pc version does it (I've been writing software for three decades and that's the least intuitive interface I've ever seen and a win for the phone version), and report which gives cns and gas usage etc. The only way to see a full plan is to share or copy to clipboard.
Perfect for planning vpm dives, X1 owners, and more... Having used the mobile v-planner and v-planner live for years, switching both to Multideco was the natural way to go and satisfaction only increased! Ross does a marvelous job for divers using the VPM model :D
Compared to the desktop version and the iPad version it has very little functionality or features. We have been promised an update to offer improvements but I am still waiting. 3 times the price of Baltic for iPad and not even half as good. Come on guys, time to improve this now
No lost gas planning or graphics, disappointing compared to desktop and other similar mobile apps. Does straightforward plans well though.
Fantastic way to plan my diving and along with the OSTC leaves me in no doubt what to expect.
for Android devices. Have used along with my OSTC. Haven't tried desktop version though. Good support, quickly sorted when I had an issue with keys after an OS upgrade. Would be good to see licensing integrated with Google Play.
Number one planner imho, spend the money and support it
Why can't I make my PO2 constant in CCR?! Makes this all kinda useless for planning with my rebreather. :-(
Great app. I wanted something that matched the Buhlmann algorithm on my dive computer and this fits the bill perfectly.
Hands down, the best deco tool android adaptation I've found.
It should be possible to use Multideco on all your Android devices. Now you can only register two per year, and it is a nightmare when you get a new phone and/or tablet...
All in one comprehensive dive planning and gas mixing application.
Works great and use it all the time. Wish it had a few things the PC version has though. Hint, hint.
I've come back from dives, so can't be bad..
So free is a misnomer
Fantastic applicati on. Dived with v-planner (its predecessor) on numerous dives and suits me perfectly, also profiles run everso close to my VRX.
Very capable app for dive planning. Complete functionality for planning serious technical dives, but also applies to recreational diving as well
