Increasingly terrible app. Functionality has been getting worse for some time, now won't log in at all. App claims no network despite cell and wifi connections. Search function is terrible unless you can guess HDs code name for a product. And why are so many items in search results tagged as Not sold in stores, Not available online? Why do these items even show up if you can't get them from HD?
I have been trying to log in and it says I need a network connection. I have checked my internet connection and also tried using my WiFi still no connection. I called customer service and said it's my phone having a problem, I don't see how that is when I used it the day before 😤😤
I needed an account to view the store inventory? How ridiculous is that.? As a matter of fact it is difficult to pull up any of your apps to view inventory. I don't understand why? It's so frustrating.
Constantly freezes. And if you refine search you can't get back to looking for new stuff.
Such a slow app and the site is so disorganized. I have to use it because of my job but if the company realized how much time is lost fighting with the app across 60 employees, they would choke.
it's always crashing with android. also when I go to finalized my order it doesn't give me a option to select payment method

When you have a tenant dispute or maintenance emergency --because you will -- Home Depot Pro will deliver promptly and be right there.

Pretty worthless. Force closes every time I open app. Running current version of app and Android on a galaxy s7 edge.
Thank you for fixing the crash issue on start up. I now can go back to my go to app. As a superintendent of an apartment complex, it is imperative this app functions properly.
In the past month this app crashes everytime I try to start it, I use it every day at work. Now I can't use it, and I'm thinking about switching suppliers because I can't use this app. I have the newest version of Android on my phone and there should be no reason for. The change over from the MUSA app was done poorly. Won't use Wilmar at all. Frustrated with the entire process.
App just crashes. Impossible to do business with a non functional company
Can't log in. Search is useless. Can't edit or add to favorites. The list goes on. Doesnt look like any rudimentary testing has been done. They sure don't know what would make it truly useful app to users.
