Its like two apps in one but neither work properly. I have the "new" version of the app but it always defaults to the old version when I open it. That is weird, and the old version is slow as molasses. Sometimes I can manage to get the new version running if I'm lucky. This app is a mess but has potential. Please fix it!
One of the worst apps I've ever used. No functions work consistently. No updates or patches ever. Just shameful.
The app is not reliable enough. Log in hang ups, search hang ups. I still default to the website quiet often because of these issues. Please make the app as.l good as our library system - which rocks!
Not bad, but honestly the library's website seems to work better on my phone than this app, so there is really no need to use the app.

This app lets me find books, renew them and explore other reading ideas. Great stuff, once again, from our Multnomah County Library.

Just over two years ago I had installed this and almost immediately had uninstalled it. It was really bad back then. Today I gave it another try. What a difference! I can now highly recommend this app, as it fixed all my complaints. It is clear, functions well, and better to use than going to their website. Thanks for fixing!
Works well, does what you'd want to do from a phone. Color scheme can be misleading at times (e.g. green when placing a hold doesn't work); correcting this would improve UX.

I've been using this forever. It's a great app when it works and utterly useless when it doesn't which is way too often. I guess since it's the only option the developers aren't all that concerned about improving the app but I would happily pay for something stable and reliable.
The app is glitchy. Sometimes it takes forever to open. Also it loops back to the sign in page after already doing that. So when I'm trying to open a book in overdrive it kicks me back to the log in, usually twice, sometimes more. Also there is no way to return an overdrive book once I'm done reading it. So it just stays checked out till the due date. Which is stupid if other people are waiting to check it out.
