Recently the application itself has been a glitchy mess. The UI is getting in the way of itself, the combo options are not beung completely listed, and so on. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for a tired, hungry dude.
Prices are marked up and wait time is excessively long. The drivers hardly ever check instructions or make sure everything is in the order. Customer service is sketchy, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Now the app doesn't even work either.
Generally marks all food prices up anywhere from $1-$3 on top of the delivery charge. this leads to you ending up paying around $5 or $10 more in addition to the delivery fee plus your food cost. other than that I appreciate that they serve my area.
despite continuously turning off notifications they continued to pop up. coupled with slow, overpriced service there just isn't enough incentive to use this privacy intruding app. there are many other superior apps for the same service available
Tried to order but "Error" so we decided to get something else and pick it up ourselves. Order went through anyways double charged so lost around $30 because we called, emailed and messaged over facebook to cancel the order. They ignored us and took the food back and denied us a refund. They literally stole $30.
These guys are great. I had an issue ordering in Salem when the app first launched, but the owner reached out to me directly. He offered me a coupon and encouraged me to try the app again as they recently performed an update. I have to say it was a night and day difference! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants good food, fast.
after I went through the whole process of setting up an account, making my order, and getting to the finalize screen at noon on a Friday, it only gave me the option of a 7:15pm. Didnt matter what restaurant I was trying to buy from. Coop app and service.
may be better in other cities but in Lebanon, Or the service was horrible. Driver was nice and was more than likely not her fault, but it took over 2.5 HOURS to get our food and customer service was not even native English speaker. will never use this again. if I could I would give no stars.
I have used this app 2 times and it worked pretty well but went to use it today for lunch and it says error that and don't show a page. I live between Albany and Corvallis Oregon. Updating my review still don't load says error ðŸ˜
Ordering is easy enough. Delivery takes over an hour most of the time, especially if ordering during normal eating hours.
Has been throwing a 404 error when opening for at least a few weeks, and today it started delivering ads via notifications.
The app wont even open for me, I've un-installed it and re-installed it multiple times to no avail. I'd much rather just use Door Dash.
Downloaded the app. Opened the app. And got a 404 file error. Everytime. Hm. Ok then. Gonna just uninstall then.
Wont open. Cleared cache and still nothing. Uninstalling. I'll find another delivery service.
Best friend lives 1,200 miles away and I was able to send him dinner to his door. Best service ever. Good job everyone!
Order says 30-60 minutes but we ordered at 1pm. At 2pm the time extended longer saying its going to take another 40 mins and there is no way you can cancel orders do not use this unless u dont mind waiting 2 hours for your food
They save me so much time. Food is always hot and fresh when it comes to my door.
Wont accept any of me emails and tell me that I've already used them but then tells me they arent in use when I try to login. stupid.
(Worth the long read people) Literally the worst first experience. I order food, k easy enough. Says it will be here in an hour... ok.... fine. I payed and tipped, been an hour, no word. I'm a patient person so I go about my day and honestly just forget about it. later still no food so I call and get some outsourced call center who ask me a bunch of questions then say is this you phone number then read my phone number off to me. I confirm that that is the correct number, then he proceeds to tell me that he called it personally and someone answered and said it was the wrong number.(my phone was with me the whole time) Then he says we waited and called and with no answer the food was thrown away. In the same sentance he also says this is considered delivered. So wait hold the phone you "delivered my food that I payed for to the nearest garbage can?!" After that he said "well il give you a 10 dollar credit on your next purchase" keep in mind i spent 20 dollars and good luck only spending 10 dollars for food. Long long story short dont use these people. I know now why they out source their customer care, if they were in the us cmrs like me would knock their teeth in.
Better luck too find a different app than use this POS company. Get left on hold for hours to talk to an guy who is get hard to understand sure to a thick Indian accent. Be told that your delivery had an error (missing food) and can be delivered in 20 minutes or get a refund. So I wait and wait until I can actually get ahold of someone. And be told yes your food won't arrived. No refund will send.
Literally cant pick pay with cash anymore and when i called got told i have to order online and no one could help me

there is one driver in Corvallis that gave me money back during a mix up and always get me extra food

This app is pretty bad. Filled with bugs and weird graphical glitches. For example, it cant recognize an email adress as valid if there is a single character of trailing whitespace. The review section in the app itself just disappears. other problems. the website is just as bad. owners: consider hiring real developers.
