Munis ESS

So far, not happy nor impressed. Work transitioned to using Munis and was told they have an app. Login page circles around and never loads. Settings prompts for a QC code or enter the URL. I noticed it starts with http. The link provided in the guide from work has a https link which I entered but nothing happens. I'll try again but so far this seems useless.

The app is perfect for checking your tax info, benefits, sick days, or paid time off amounts from anywhere! I would definately recommend this app to anyone who has an employer that subscribes to it.

Can't get it to work. Same exact issue that JW had on his review. It immediately goes to a screen that wants a URL or QR code. When I hit the back button it goes to the login screen but never loads.

Just tried signing in and get "Log in failed, please re-enter credentials". I know my credentials are fine because I logged in with no problem on my computer. Not useful if you can't log in.

Worked great until I got a new phone. Keeps giving login failed message even after updating password. Tried the email below but it's no longer being monitored.

For all those complaining you can't log in, call Tyler support. There was a problem with our site that they fixed quickly. Works great now. It is a great app that allows our staff to see accruals, pay and tax info, etc.

Worked fine until the 31st of December 2019, now this app is useless and I can only use full site view. What's the point of having the app on a smartphone...🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I was hoping to use this app for convenience but all I get is a black screen when I click on it. I had to restart my phone every time I tried to log in, and it still didn't work. Uninstalled.

I have instructions from my job as a first time user in how to log in but I keep getting log in attempt fails. Access to my information should not be so difficult.

why can't I just log in and go to the page I need to? it wants me enter the web address or scan the qr code from the home page? what freaking home page are they talking about? Our munis set up thru work has no qr code. uninstalling

limited use with privacy issues. it says in their privacy disclaimer that they use "tracking devices" such as beacons and IP address to know your location... ughh no thanks.

We are forced to this app from our work and now this won't even work. frustration level extremely high. (Can't log in)

automaticly goes to settings page. Have to exit to the login window and wait...and wait for it to load, if it ever loads.

Nice to see what I have. However, when I view documents, it will not allow me to zoom in, print or download.

Will not load my http uninstalled and reinstalled but not help. Will just uninstall, don't need something on my phone I can't use....

You cannot log into the app and keep spinning around and around and around

Haven't been able to login since upgrading to 2018.1.

This app is a mess 😂 been downloading for 2 day it's not the app it's play store that is not good at all do better

Have uninstalled and installed your app 4 times and still unable to login.

doesn't work. wont connect to servers

Glitchy and takes forever to load.

Has a button for biometric login but it doesn't do anything when you press it or try to use it.

Sometimes difficult to operate. It is ok.

This is useless if you aren't sitting in front of a computer that has Munis already pulled up on it to read the QR code from.

You have to use the full site to do time entry

I have never been able to login. Useless.

Wont open on phone app. just spins. Someone should slap the sack of monkey nuts that invented this crappy app...
