So far so good. A very simple meal plan that cuts to the chase and avoids the BS. A "recommended times to eat" for best metabolism would be one of my suggestions for all around features but I can Google that. Other suggestions: - built-in reminder schedule/meal tracker to allow for tracking and progress (to help busy people like myself), avoids the phone alarm. Love it most for, simple, easy & clean meals, well balanced... (def won't get bored eating), which is tough for hard gainers (me)!!!
