So sparky heres the deal. I hated tracking and journalising with my pad and paper. It is a necessary evil ๐Ÿ˜ˆ however Marks app takes all the pain out of it. Most people always have their phones to either text or play tunes during and in between sets. The App records all your stats, provides a timer for your rest periods and has links to all the exercise demos and substitutions. I mean Come On! It is your one stop shopping workout app. I love it and so will you. So get it, use it, love it.

Easy to follow, great app can't reccomend enough. You will get results if you follow the app. The message is "Always do more than you did before", and the way the app let's you follow your progress it's easy to do. As somebody that hasn't liked doing weights or know the names of each exercise this app is brilliant with links to videos and descriptions of each exercise with options to add your own exercises to the bank.

Pro:I love this app as it gives you substitute exercises, video tutorials and a note section for next time to remind you which is brilliant. Even if I feel in the future I will do a different workout, I will most likely continue using this app. Cons: it only happened once or twice when I've written in my new weight and reps, but the entries disappear and I don't know why?

I've been doing THT workouts for years and this is way better than paper. It has room for notes on every exerise, records your weight and reps, let's you pick substitutions, and shows you the exercises if you want. It also has links to the musclehack documentation, which is cool because I got my friend to download the app. If you could find a way to get this working off a biometric device to count reps and start the rest timer, it would be the bomb.

App comes with 2 THT programs or you can create your own. Easily customisable in being able to add/remove/substitute exercises, edit number of reps, change alarms/rest times etc. I've yet to find an app that comes close to this one..AND it's free! I often refer to the short video tutorials in the Exercise Bank database just to double check on technique. 6 stars!!

Using this app on a Samsung S10 and it is great for tracking progress. I workout at home and like the feature of being able to swap out exercises for the equipment I have got. The only thing I've noticed though is that when I open the exercise tutorial the video is missing, I only see the written explanation.

It's not perfect, but it deserves 5 stars. Simple, easy to use, with data base, explanation, pictures. I like this guy, he is professional and this app reflect that. Only thing is that the video at exercise explanation is not working.

Overall, a good app with some flexibility. I especially like the "exercise bank" that groups similar exercises with a focus on the same muscles. Although the app easily shows you how much you lifted last time, I wish the app would provide a recommended weight.

This is the best workout app on the planet. Everything you need. No excess features wasting your time or attention. Open the app, add the 3 day plan, do the plan, get results. Good bank of alternative exercises. Some decent articles in the app explaining the thought process behind the plan.

Pretty much perfect Just finished my first week doing tht / using the app and it basically does everything you need it to from exercise description video links to the built in rest counter (which I found by accident!) cool app. great content. it just needs more exercises in the bank, not all gyms have all the equipment, db's, bars, etc. it also must show an option for alternative exercises if you can't do certain ones. other than that great work.

Excellent app where you can track your progress simple and easy, love this app!! Also even if you're not doing THT specifically, you can add your own workouts into the THT recommended workouts or create your own routine and it tracks just the same!!

Great app. During my workout I can access my previous weeks notes on the current weeks screen, it tracks the number of reps and weight, and also has a rest timer that plays a tone over your music telling you to start your next set. Works very well.

Fantastic app. Got tired of lugging around pen..clipboard and stop watch.. this makes training easier and the small things like the timer.. beeps when to start ur next set.. even if u are playing ur music.. u can still hear it.. keeos me motivated and i know exactly what i need to aim for. This app is great. I love the fact you can swap out exercises. My only complaint is it would be great at the end of a workout it would give a daily summery like total reps, sets and weight lifted. It would also be great if I could track my weight.

Good routine for the most part, honestly, not enough volume for legs tho, I've turned the 5 day into a 6 day routine so I can squat twice a week, and progress is back, I also think active recovery is better than sitting on your arse so I do some cardio on the off day, other than that, I'm making solid progress

one of the best app to learn new things regarding body building and health. also, it's free so why not give a 5. been a follower of musclehack and tspa in ages but due to a lot of downs I was not able to push through. Good app, just a problem when deleting an exercise, when i tick dont ask me again the box still pops up eith every delete making it very tedious. Allow selecting of multiple exercises to delete at once.
