It's ok, nothing special. For the application size you'd imagine they'd have plenty of different workouts, but they don't. Good app for beginners only.
Just brilliant. A bit lacking and could do with more exercises. But for what it has its a brilliant tool for starters in fitness.
Handy little app for targeting different muscle groups. Could use more exercises, but it does it's job.
Don't install it. The website is waaay better and have way more features. I highly recommend you to visit the website. But the app is just the same with less features
I recommend everybody to use this application it's really great and awesome is going to help you to prove your training and build your muscles so it is great I like it so much thank the Team how made this app .
Please update the app with latest android version as i keep getting error message that this app was built for an older version of android abd will not working probably
love it! only thing I would add would be grip training on the hands/forearms, besides wrist curls (eg strength bands, grip trainers, ect)
This is a good app, please add body weight like on the website, not everybody has gym equipment. Thanks

Please Update The App! It must catch up with the website version so it too can have more features.
Covers very few muscle groups. Just the big ones. Useful if you're a neophyte who knows nothing about anatomy.

Not good, the website is much better
I originally used the website which is the same in every regard as the app except it also comes with a section for showing you stretches. For some reason the app doesn't have the section on stretching which I would say is just as, if not more important than the exercises. Overall this app gives you a decent variety of exercises to choose from and has great GIF's and descriptions on how to do said exercises, but I would say you'd be better off using the website for stretching as well.
