Muse Monitor

It's an excellent app. Two things at it would be perfect: 1) I really wish I could leave it on in the background 2) I wish I could record sessions and see the record immediately in the app right afterwards. Some brainwaves only change from things other than looking at brainwaves, so it would be nice to capture that and see it. Overall, this is the best thing out there for reading brainwaves with your phone, as far as I know.

Very good to see eeg data coming from Muse headband. A lot of different modes to visualize data. How to differentiate from artifacts is still needed since no filters can be applied online or an ICA. Still I may be wrong about last statement. But, it is pleasing to see that you can double check impedance and real time artifacts like eye blinks jaw clenches and just moving around. So you know how much can you move without disturbing the signal. Excellent for research. Does it pair with Muse S?

By far the best I can ever find. But too bad that I can't find muse headband for windows 10. The muse direct isn't found anymore so I purchased this app. And it's what I wanted. Keep up the good work. Oh and I can use this to measure emotional activity using gamma waves for positive and negative feedback. I think in your next update would be a idea?

An excellent app. Exactly the piece of information that I need from the Muse headband. I really think this app is a critical compliment to the interaxon app. Data viewing is pretty straighforward, eventhough I thought it will be very convenient if user could review the data right from the app. I also find this app to make better connection to muse 2 headband in comparison to the official app. Looking forward to a complete set of sensor data information (PPG and so on)

great app, exactly what I wanted. I have a muse 2 and it works good and helps you record which saves the data allowing you to export to programs like excel, if you check out the information on the creator's site it gives you a step by step video and written guide to get the graphs displayed. The app was updated and after that works with muse 2. thank you for also emailing me when it was available.

Works great with my Muse 2. Incredible to see real-time feedback. Also, nice visuals and interface. Functional, fun, and intuitive. Well worth the money. Like the battery display, love the multitude of ways to view my mind!

This is an incredible app that has been developed with care and precision. It works great with Muse 2 and is loaded with features and ways to customize the experience. Definitely worth it if you are looking for an advanced but still user-friendly biofeedback/EEG system.

Easy to record brainwave activity in an open format for easy processing. All analysis happens locally and not in a server. Uploading to Google drive to transfer to my computer is easy to do using the share button. Multiple visualizations make understanding what data is coming in much easier.

Does this app work with muse s? Thank you, this is a wonderful app. I appreciate being able to see the real time brain wave data via your graphing system.. I have a muse 1, and am considering buying muse s, as it can be worn when sleeping. Does this app work with the newer muse s?

Great app. Responsive developer. I asked for a feature to be added to the charting website for the saved sessions and he implemented the features that day. Gotta love independent programmers that don't wait 6 months to roll out a requested feature.

Excellent first impression. I will explore more and report back if my opinion changes but this is clear and obvious to use. No issues in connection. Well worth the cost if you want the technical details of what is happening.

Big thanks to James for quick support and an awesome app. I have obtained a muse two for some exploratory research and this app and the website supporting it was perfect. I went from receiving headset to having raw data on Excel and graphs without a hitch.

A great app that does exactly what it says it will do, with little to no problems at all. Fully supports the latest Muse headset. A competent and efficient developer behind the app, looking forward to future updates

I'm not a "computer person"; so I have a lot of questions (mainly about how to download raw brain wave data to my pc for graphing in excel. James promptly responded to my questions and within a few hours, I was able to download the first set of raw data onto my pc via dropbox. The app was exactly what I was looking for; it costs much less than muse-direct and works with both apple and android (while muse-direct only works with apple). More importantly, James is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this product.

Not that straight forward to use unless you are really very technical in this subject. Easy of use/navigation is low, would've been great if it at least provided brainwaves over a set amount of time like 5 mins or 5 hours in a simple way.

Great app! It has many useful features (specially the abillity to export data to generate charts in Excel and online). the support is excellent and the creator really knows his stuff - documentation is also super!

In the sampling rate setting can you provide 5 sec, 10 sec and 30 sec also. Now from 2 sec it jumps to 1 min. I would love the above sampling rates. The app simply rocks ! Thanks.
